Analysis Of Risk Factors Of Diabetic Microvascular Complication In Type 2 Diabetes

Object:To investigate the risk factors of diabetic microvascular complication in type 2 diabetes.Methods:We conducted a retrospective study,which included 1012 hospitalized type 2 diabetic patients in endocrinology department of XinJiang Uger autonomy people's hospital:from June,2005 to October,2006.The patients were classified into two group based on the presence or absence of diabetic microvascular disease,microvascular complication group(male/female,308/302;Uger/han,254/356),none-microvascular complication group(male/female,213/189;Uger/han,182/220),we Collected age,sex, ethnic,body mass index(BMI),duration of disease,diastolic blood pressure(DBP), systolic blood pressure(SBP),history of hypertension,total-cholesterol(TC),high density lipoprotein-cholesterol(HDL-C),triglycerides(TG),lipoprotein(a)(LP(a)),low density lipoprotein-cholesterol(LDL-C)Creatin(CREA),urine nitrogen(BUN),blood platelet(PLT),PDW,MPT,fibrinogen(FIB),Haemoglobin Alc(HbAlc),fasting blood glucose(FPG),2 hours postprandial blood glucose,All date were analyzed with binary logistic regression mode for the multiple factors of diabetic microvascular disease.Result:Comparison between two groups indicate that age,duration of disease,systolic blood pressure,diastolic blood pressure,history of hypertension,HbAlc,FIB,FBG,HGB,CREA have statistic significant difference(p＜0.05);while sex,ethnic and BMI haven't(p＞0.05).Concluding those indexes showing statistic significance,we performed logistic stepwise regression mode.The result shows type 2 diabetic microvascular risk factor include duration of disease(r=1.098,p=0.000),history of hypertension(r=1.444,p=0.016),systolic blood presure(r=1.017,p=0.012),HbAlc(r=1.082,p=0.018),FBI(r=1.153,p=0.011)。Conclusion:Duration of disease,HbAlc,systolic blood pressure,history of hypertension,.fibrinogen were suggested to be the risk factors of diabetic microvascular complication in type 2 diabetes...
