Alzheimer disease (AD) is the most ordinary kind of dementia. Patient presented with memory loss, cognitive function is blocked. According to2010statistics, patient with Alzheimer disease (AD) has more than600million. Alzheimer disease (AD) has become an important disease affecting the health of the elderly. Currently, there is no measure for the treatment of Alzheimer’s disease. Therefore, the fundamental method of finding a cure for Alzheimer’s disease is very urgent. Studies have shown that understanding the pathogenesis of Alzheimer’s disease is the fundamental way to find effective treatment. The key is to identify causative gene of Alzheimer’s disease. Due to the huge data of Gene expression, we need to seek a way to quickly find the causative gene of Alzheimer’s disease. The genes keeping as neighbor of Alzheimer disease genes (APOE, presenilins1or2) are identified as the candidate of the gene associated with AD. This paper has been found some genes associated with AD, through designing algorithm. The main contents are as follows:First, it is understanding and mastery of principles, models and implementation steps of Ant Colony Optimization (ACO) and the K-means Clustering Algorithm, and data sources and structures.Second, through defining a Function on Gene Order of DNA Microarray Data and combining ant colony algorithm and K-means clustering algorithm, it design modify algorithm.Last, it is to find the genes associated with Alzheimer’s disease.
