Objectives This paper aims to explore the effect of feedback-teaching combined with motivational interviewing on the common complications after radial artery intervention in patients with myocardial infarction,so that effective measures can be taken to prevent the complications of transradial coronary intervention. Methods A total of 200 TRI patients from Tangshan worker hospital from November in 2016 to October in 2017 was selected as the study subjects using convenience sampling method, then subjects were divided into control group, feedback group, motivational interviewing group and joint intervention group with equal 50 subjects in each group finalized by the random digital table method, next the four varying intervention measures, including routine health education, motivated interview intervention,feedback-teaching intervention and joint intervention were adopted to perform the corresponding group,The intervention was performed once a day and every time 30min-60 min intervention was performed from the time of operation to the discharge of the patient.During the intervention, the self-care ability of the four groups was evaluated before and after the intervention and the common complications were assessed in the four groups at 0 h,2 h,4 h,24 h and 72 h after operation. All analysis were finalized in SPSS20.0 softwareResults 1 During the study,1 case was loss of follow up in control group,3 cases was loss of follow up in teach-back group,2 cases loss of follow up in motivational interviewing group,2 cases was loss of follow up in combined intervention group,Finally,192 patients completed this study,49 sujects in control group,47 in feedback-teaching group,48 in motivational interviewing group, and 48 in combined intervention group. No significant difference was observed in gender, age, culture and other aspects for the four groups(P>0.05).2 Comparison of common complications in the four groups after intervention: after intervention, the four groups existed various incidences of limb swelling, bleeding, secondary bandage, blister and vagus reflex(P<0.05).The incidence of common complications was the lowest in the combined intervention group and the highest in the control group, and the incidence of radial artery spasm and angiographic nephropathy was the same in the four groups(P > 0.05).3 After intervention, the pain level of the combined intervention group was lower than that of the other three groups at 2h and 4h after operation, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).4 Comparison of self-care ability scores in the four groups before and after intervention: After intervention, significant differences in the total score and the score of each dimension for self-care ability in the four groups were witnessed and the highest score of each dimension was observed to locat in the joint intervention group(P<0.05).Conclusions 1 Feedback-teaching combined with motivational interview can reduce the incidence of hemorrhage, pain, secondary dressing, blisters, and vagal reflex in tri-patients,and the combined intervention effect is better than single motivation and feedbackteaching Intervention.2 Motivational interviewing combined with feedback-teaching intervention can effectively improve the exercise of self-care agency of patients after their transradial intervention operation, and the combined intervention effect is superior to the basic motivational interviewing group and the feedback-teaching group.
