Study On The Complication Of Occupational Coal Workers' Pneumoconiosis

Objectives Through the four mining area of Beijing JINGMEI Group the occupation of 758 cases of pneumoconiosis patients anamnesis inspection,understand the implication sequence of occupation of CWP complications,as well as the relationship between complications and occupation of CWP patients,age,pulmonary function.The characteristics of pneumoconiosis patients with multiple complications will be concluded.It will provide theoretical basis for prevention and treatment of complications of occupation of CWP in different periods,so as to reduce the occurrence of multiple complications and improve the life and quality of life of coal workers pneumoconiosis patients.Methods The occupation of CWP patients hospitalized cases was collected,through the Epidata collect the basic information of patients and complications of double entry time,the data were screened,does not conform to the requirements of the patients,the patients were grouped by occupation of CWP,complications,use ?2 test and t test methods for statistical analysis of the data.Results The results showed that the main of complications in patients with CWP is chronic bronchitis,pulmonary heart disease,pulmonary tuberculosis,emphysema,COPD;occupation of patients with pneumoconiosis with multiple complications mainly exist at the same time 2-5(81.5%);occupation of coal workers with pneumoconiosis complicated with pulmonary tuberculosis(P<0.01),chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(P<0.05),pneumothorax(P<0.01)there are differences in the stage between the occurrence time of occupation;pneumoconiosis complications(from the dust of time)will decrease with the increase of the occupation period;when the CWP developed into the three phase,the average annual infection in patients with significant differences between one and two(P<0.01);lung function in the performance,%VC,%FVC,%FEV1,FEV1/FVC and other indicators between one and two phase difference is only FEV1/FVC(P<0.05)had statistical significance,and In between one,two and three phase indicators were statistically significant(P<0.01);pulmonary infection in pulmonary function evaluation is restrictive,obstructive and mixed type in frequency and normal lung function in patients with pulmonary infection were significantly different between the occurrence times(P<0.01).Conclusions 1?The incidence of occupational coal workers' pneumoconiosis was very high,up to 97.6%,and with multiple complications,and the incidence of multiple complications(3 or more)was up to 67.3%.2?The occurrence of various complications of occupational coal pneumoconiosis has time sequence.3?Complications such as pulmonary tuberculosis,chronic bronchitis and emphysema will increase the number of complications.4 ? When occupational coal worker pneumoconiosis is not increasing,the number of complications will increase.5?The number of pulmonary infections in occupational coal pneumoconiosis patients is an important factor affecting lung function,and there are differences in pulmonary function in different stages.
