Group B Streptococcus Infection And Expression Of Bax, Bcl-2 And Rab7b Of The Membranes Of Fetal Membranes In Pregnant Women With Premature Rupture Of Membranes | | Posted on:2019-07-19 | Degree:Master | Type:Thesis | | Country:China | Candidate:H Y Cheng | Full Text:PDF | | GTID:2394330563490561 | Subject:Obstetrics and gynecology | | Abstract/Summary: | PDF Full Text Request | | Objectives To investigate the group B streptococcus(GBS)infection and the expression of Bax,Bcl-2 as well as Rab7 b in fetal membranes with premature rupture of membranes(PROM),to explore whether there is any relationship among these factors.Methods 48 cases who were diagnosed as PROM in full-term in the Affiliated Hospital of North China Science and Technology University from November 2016 to december 2017 were entrolled as the case group in our study.Another 52 cases who finished fullterm delivery at 37-41 weeks of pregnancy without PROM during the same period were entrolled as control group.All the cases were traced their results of GBS during 35-37 pregnancy weeks.The white blood cell counts,neutrophils,and hypersensitive c-reactive protein(hs-CRP)got from blood before delivery.HE staining in fetal membranes was performed to determine whether there was chorioamnionitis.At last the expression of Bax,Bcl-2 and Rab7 b were detected in fetal membranes by immunohistochemical.Measurement data was described by x ±s,and processed independent sample t test or chisquare test.Spearman correlation analysis was used to evaluate the relationship between variables.The difference was statistically significant when P<0.05.Results 1 There was no difference in ages,body weight,as well as delivery time between the two groups(P>0.05).2 There was more GBS infection rate in PROM group than that in the control group(P<0.05,OR=2.620).3 The positive expression rate of Bcl-2 in the case group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).With the expression of Bcl-2 increased,the OR value was decreased gradually.The expression between Bax and Bcl-2 had a negative correlation in the case group(r=-0.679,P<0.01).4 The expression of Rab-7b was not detected in the fetal membrane.5 The high sensitivity C reactive protein,white blood cells and neutrophils in case group were higher than those in control group.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).6 There was more chorioamnionitis in the case group(22.92%)than that in control group(7.69%),(P<0.05).7 After the stratification of chorioamnionitis,the positive expression rate of Bax in the PROM was higher than that in the control group,whether there was chorioamnionitis was found or not.But for Bcl-2,there was no statistically significant difference between the case group and the control group when complicated chorioamnionitis(P>0.05).The positive rate of Bcl-2 in the case group was lower than that of the control group without chorioamnionitis,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).8 After the stratification of B streptococcal infection,there was no significant difference in the incidence of chorioamnionitis between the case group and the control group(P>0.05)without B streptococcal infection.While there was more chorioamnionitis in the case group than that in control group(P<0.05)when there was B streptococcal infection.9 After the stratification of B streptococcal infection there was no significant difference in the positive expression rate of Bax between the case group and the control group(P>0.05)when there was B streptococcal infection.The positive rate of Bax in the case group was higher than that in the control group without B streptococcus infection(P<0.05).As for Bcl-2,In the case of Streptococcus infection,the positive expression rate of Bax in the case group and the control group was not statistically significant(P>0.05).The positive rate of Bcl-2 in the case group was lower than that of the control group without B streptococcus infection,(P<0.05).Conclusions 1 GBS is a risk factor for the occurrence of PROM.2 The occurrence of PROM is related to the increased positive expression of Bax and the decreased positive expression of Bcl-2.With the increase of the Bax positive expression and the decrease of the Bcl-2 expression,the risk of PROM increases.There is a negative correlation between Bax and Bcl-2 in the cases of PROM;3 PROM is associated with the chorioamnionitis,and the former is a risk factor for the PROM.Chorioamnionitis does not affect the relationship between PROM and the expression of Bax,but it affects the expression of Bcl-2 in PROM.4 Group B streptococcal infection increases the incidence of chorioamnionitis in PROM,as well as affects the relationship between the expression of Bax / Bcl-2 and PROM. | | Keywords/Search Tags: | Premature rupture of membranes, group B streptococcus, Bax, Bcl-2, Rab7b | PDF Full Text Request | Related items |
