Objective:To analyze the risk factors for sepsis after percutaneous nephroscopy.Method:Retrospective analysis of 901 patients who had underwent PCNL from department of urology and male in our hospital in 2016,collected the patients' clinical data of gender, age, body mass index, preoperative albumin, preoperative creatinine, operation time, preoperative routine urine test, preoperative urine culture, whether to have hypertension, past history of PCNL,using chi-square test and Logistic regression to analyse the risk factors for sepsis after percutaneous nephroscope.Result:The study included 901 patients,37 patients(4.1%)had sepsis after PCNL.No sepsis group 864 cases, including 282 males(32.6%),age>60 years were 96 cases(11.1%),BMI>24 kg/m2 were 210 cases(24.3%),preoperative albumin<35g/L were 102 cases(11.8%),preoperative creatinine ?110?mol/L were 168 cases(19.4%),surgery time>90min were 354 cases(41.0%),positive preoperative routine urine test(WBC>++)were 270 cases(31.3%),positive preoperative urine culture were 120 cases(3.9%),174 cases of hypertension(20.1%),history of PCNL were 204 cases(23.6%).Sepsis group 37 cases, including 23 males(62.2%),age>60 years were 10 cases(27.0%),BMI>24 kg/m2 were 8 cases(21.6%),preoperative albumin<35g/L were 16 cases(43.2%),preoperative creatinine>110pmol/L were 17 cases(45.9%),surgery time>90min were 30 cases(81.8%),positive preoperative routine urine test were 27 cases(73.0%),positive preoperative urine culture were 20 cases(54.1%),14 cases of hypertension(37.8%),history of PCNL were 19 cases(51.4%).Patients caught sepsis after PCNL in 1-8 hours, and were cured within 2 to 5 days after entering ICU.Using chi-square test for monofactorial analysis found that gender, age, preoperative albumin, preoperative creatinine, operation time, preoperative routine urine test, preoperative urine culture, hypertension and history of PCNL were significant difference between the two groups(p<0.05);Logistic regression multifactorial analysis found that gender, age, preoperative albumin, preoperative creatinine, operation time, preoperative routine urine test, preoperative urine culture and history of PCNL(p<0.05)were risk factors for sepsis after PCNL.Conclusion:Male,age>60 years, preoperative albumin<35g/L,preoperative creatinine ?110?mol/L,surgery time>90min,positive preoperative routine urine test(WBC>++),positive preoperative urine culture and history of PCNL were risk factors for sepsis after PCNL.
