Objective:1.By quantitative ultrasound technique for the determination of the Nu River area of Yunnan Province,Fugong Lisu in the elderly population of bone mineral density related parameters,discussed the change rule.2.According to the related risk factors,the prevalence rate of the elderly population in Nu River to provide reference for Fugong,diagnosis and prevention of osteoporosis in Nu River Fugong area.3.Evaluation of OSTA system in Nu River Fugong in elderly people of Lisu osteoporosis self diagnosis and predictive value.4.Determination of Nu River Fugong area of Lisu nationality in the elderly population of serum bone metabolic markers,investigate the changes and evaluate the occurrence of the value in the diagnosis of osteoporosis.Methods:The use of modern epidemiological stratified random sampling method in 3-4 different places in Yunnan province Nu River Prefecture Fugong horses Township,selected local Lisu People over the age of 45 age groups,a total of 128 people,to 10 years old age group,to determine the basic physiological signs,bone mineral density values and the risk of osteoporosis the factors in the form of questionnaire.The serum beta-CTX,BGP,PINP and BALP were measured in 64 subjects.The data were analyzed by spss20.0.Result::1.Nu River Fugong area of Lisu nationality in the elderly population with an average BMD of 76.37 ± 19.35,the average T value was-1.48 ± 1.04.The total value of BMD and T in women was lower than that of men.The average value of BMD for women is 71.16 ± 16.49,the average value of T value is-1.76 ±0.89 and BMD is 85.22 ±20.98,and the mean value of T is-1.00 ± 1.13.55-64,75-84,two groups of women were more significant than men(P<0.05).The bone density and T value of men and women were gradually decreasing with the increase of age group.The loss rate of BMD at age 55-64 and 75-84 years was statistically significant.2.Nu River Fugong area of Lisu nationality in the elderly patients with the total prevalence rate was 23.4%,in which the female prevalence rate was 25.6%,the prevalence rate of male was 19.6%,female is higher than male,was not statistically significant.In general,the prevalence rate of men and women with different sexes also increased with age.The prevalence of different age groups in different sexes of men and women was not statistically significant.3.Nu River Fugong area of Lisu nationality in the elderly population age and BMD in men and women T moderate negative correlation(r=-0.520 p<0.01),the older the bone density in the lower T values;There was a moderate positive correlation between height and T value of bone mineral density(r=0.506 p<0.01),and the greater the height and the T value body of the male and female bone mineral density;The weight was positively correlated with the T value of male and female bone mineral density(r=0.456 p<0.01),and the higher the weight of bone mineral density,the higher the T value.The OSTA index was positively correlated with the moderate degree of T value of male and female bone mineral density(r=0.522 p<0.01).Since more than 95%of the 128 subjects had no smoking,drinking,drinking tea and drinking carbonated beverages,there was no statistical significance.Waist circumference,hip circumference,body mass index,sunshine,exercise,birth,and pregnancy did not show a correlation in this study.4.The male OSTA index in elderly people in Nu River area Fugong Lisu average value is-0.97±3.50,women OSTA index mean value is-1.18±3.43,and OSTA index and T value of BMD was positively correlated(r=0.522,p<0.01)OSTA risk level and bone mineral density T value showed a moderate negative correlation(r=-0.434 p<0.01).The risk grade of 4.OSTA was positively correlated with the prevalence of OP in the region,the higher the risk grade of OSTA,the higher the incidence of OP.5.Nu River Prefecture Fugong Lisu nationality in the elderly population of beta-CTX and bone mineral density T value showed moderate negative correlation,BGP and T value of BMD showed moderate negative correlation,PINP and T value of BMD showed moderate negative correlation,BALP and bone mineral density T value had no correlation.On the whole,the Nu River,Fugong Lisu in the elderly population of bone turnover is low,the female before the age of 55 bone forming a continuous rise after a downward trend,while men at the age of 65 as the boundary points of the.In general,the level of bone metabolic markers could basically respond to the changes in the T value of bone density.Conclusion:1.Nu River Fugong Lisu osteoporosis in the elderly BMD and T value of BMD,regardless of gender or the overall trend is decreased with the increase of age,the prevalence rate of osteoporosis increased with increasing age.After 55 years of age,the T value of bone mineral decreased significantly,while that of male decreased significantly after 65 years old.The main reason may be related to the decrease of female estrogen.It is suggested that the prevention and treatment of osteoporosis should be considered in the corresponding age.2.Nu River Prefecture Fugong Lisu in senile osteoporosis prevalence is reported slightly higher level,the prevalence rate of female is higher than male.3.Height and weight were positively correlated with T value of bone mineral density.The prevalence of low body weight was higher in the same age group,suggesting that proper height and weight can reduce the incidence of osteoporosis.Age has a negative correlation with bone mineral density(T),and the prevalence rate of women over 65 years is above 60%,while the prevalence rate of men is 60%after 75 years of age,which can guide the prevention of osteoporosis.4.Nu River Fugong Lisu elderly OSTA index risk level low risk group than the total prevalence rate of low prevalence,high-risk group prevalence rate reached more than 80%,so it can be used for simple screening for osteoporosis.5.Nu River Prefecture Fugong Lisu nationality in the elderly population of bone turnover is low,the female before the age of 55 bone forming a continuous rise after a downward trend,while men at the age of 65 as the boundary points of the.In general,the level of bone metabolic markers could basically respond to the changes in the T value of bone density.6.High prevalence of Nu River' Fugong senile osteoporosis in OP prevention is very important,especially for primary prevention,strengthen the protection factors,control risk factors,strengthen the propaganda of knowledge,to prevent and reduce the occurrence of osteoporosis and osteoporotic fractures.
