The Comparative Study About The Clinical Treatment Effect Of Chine Medicine On Chronic Kidney Disease Fifth Stage

Objective:to observe the efficacy and safety of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of patients with CKD5 non-dialysis stage,and to provide the basis for the TCM diagnosis and treatment scheme of CKD5 non-dialysis period in the industry.Methods:a randomized controlled extensive investigate method,in patients with chronic kidney disease(CKD)5(non dialysis)accord with test standard as the research object of 47 patients with CKD5 period in accordance with the order voluntarily chosen were divided into groups(TCM + western medicine foundation)treatment of traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine control group started medication,respectively in February 1 month in March April may June 6 times visit,a comprehensive review of symptoms and signs Drug use 2 month of April 6 month review relevant laboratory index,do clinical curative effect evaluation and safety evaluation indicators include:main objective criteria:eGFR 5 ml/min(1.73 m2)(according to the EPI formula conversion formula as shown in the formula 1-1).The potassium tendency for 6.5/l;Carbon dioxide binding force<13mmol/1;Secondary objective indicators:the incidence of cardiovascular events and all-cause mortality of before and after appearing,the incidence of infection,chronic kidney disease(CKD),4,5 patients without dialysis period report clinical outcome scale(stage4-5 CKD Quality of life instrument-nondialysis CKDQOL-ND)serum creatinine malnutrition-inflammatory condition assessment score(plasma albumin prealbumin total iron binding force/transferrin and MIS)safety indicators:(OB)of conventional ?stool occult blood routine blood(BRT)co2 binding force Liver function(ALT,AST)in serum potassium ion(K +),electrocardiogram(EKG),according to the testing results of the statistical analysisResults:1.The TCM treatment group included 34 cases,3 cases fell off and 2 cases reached the end point.The western medical treatment group included 13 cases,none of which fell off,and one of them reached the end point.The results of the twogroups were analyzed in 41 cases.2.Renal function changes.After 6 months of treatment,BUN and SCr of traditional Chinese medicine group decreased significantly,which was better than that of western medicine control group,and the difference was statistically significant before treatment.3.Changes of eGFR,Hb and RBC:the treatment of eGFR,Hb and RBC in the TCM group was significantly increased at the end of 6 months,and the difference was statistically significant.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant.4.Changes in the indicators of malnutrition and inflammatory condition,and the overall score of MIS of Chinese medicine group at the end of 6 months was decreased,and the difference was statistically significant before treatment.The total score of MIS in the control group of western medicine was decreased.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant.5.The changes in blood potassium and carbon dioxide binding force of Chinese medicine group at the end of 6 months were not statistically significant compared with those before treatment,and there was no statistical difference in comparison with the control group in western medicine.6.The TCM symptoms of traditional Chinese medicine group improved significantly after 6 months of treatment,and the effect of the symptoms was statistically significant compared with that of the western medicine group,indicating that traditional Chinese medicine can effectively improve the TCM syndrome of patients.7.There was no significant difference between the two groups before treatment.After treatment,the scores of both groups increased,and there was significant difference between the two groups before treatment.After treatment,the score of TCM group was higher than that of western medicine group,indicating that both groups could improve the survival quality of patients with CKD5 stage after treatment,and the effect of TCM group was better than that of western medicine group.Conclusion:Chinese medicine in the treatment of chronic kidney disease(CKD)5)not through cut,can significantly reduce BUN,SCr,higher GFR,improve CKD5 period of the patient's clinical symptoms,delay the progress of chronic renal failure,improve the CKD5 period the patient's quality of life,and found no significant adverse reactions.
