Objectives 1.To investigate the clinical features of non-motor symptoms in patients with parkinson's disease 2.To explore the cerebral autoregulation in patients with parkinson's diseaseMethods A total of 70 patients with idiopathic Parkinson's disease from April 2017 to December 2017 who visited the Department of Neurology of the First Affiliated Hospital of University of South China in Hengyang were selected as the study subjects,The general demographic data of patients were recorded, including name, gender, age, course of disease, education level, past history, first signs and symptoms, laboratory examination and intake of anti-PD drugs.PD severity and duration were evaluated according to the criteria of the Unified Parkinson's Disease Rating Scale(UPDRS)III and the Hoehn and Yahr staging system. All patients were evaluated by the Mini-mental status Examination(MMSE)? Montreal cognitive assessment(Mo CA),Beck Depression Inventory(BDI),Questionaire of non-motor symptoms(NMSQuest).Supine-to-standing transcranial Doppler test was performed in 70 PD patients and count the numbers of patient with "w" waves.Statistical analysis was performed on relevant data. The first part investigated the occurrence and clinical characteristics of non-motor symptoms in PD patients. In the second part,to explore the autonomic regulation function of cerebral vessels in PD patients by analyzing the average cerebral blood flow changes in TCD.Results 1.Among the 70 PD patients, all PD patients presented with NMS,constipation and Abnormality of urination were the most common NMS.followed by Olfactory impairment,depression/anxiety,attention/memory concerns and sleep problems? The average number of NMS was 7.8 ± 3.7.The incidence of major NMS in 70 patients with PD was related to the severity of the disease. As the severity of the disease increased, the possibility of the occurrence of NMS was higher,of which cognitive impairment, olfactory impairment and orthostatic hypotension were statistically significant(p<0.05).2.Among the 70 patients with PD,14 were positive for standing position test,9 of 18 patients with PDOH were positive for standing position test. There was no significant difference in cognitive impairment between the PDOH group and the PDn OH group(p>0.05).No Significant differences were found in cognitive dysfunction between the positive group and the negative group in the standing position test(p>0.05).Conclusions 1.The prevalence of NMS is very high in Parkinson 's patients, constipation and Abnormality of urination are the common NMS of PD.and with the severity of the disease, the incidence of non motor symptoms in PD patients is increased.2.The incidence of cerebral autoregulation dysfunction was in patients with PD was 20%,and most of them were associated with orthostatic hypotension.cerebral autoregulation dysfunction does not increase the incidence of cognitive impairment in PD patients.
