| Objective:To study the incidence of neurogenic orthostatic hypotension and its influencing factors in Parkinson’s diseaseMethods: 1.116 patients diagnosed as Parkinson’s disease according to MDS Parkinson’s disease clinical diagnosis criteria were collected from July 2017 to December 2018.General data of patients were collected: gender, age, course of disease, blood pressure in lying and stanging position, diabetes history, smoking history, hypertension history, levodopa equivalent dose,UPDRS score,MOCA score,etc.2.According to the blood pressure value of lying and standing position, the patients were divided into neurogenic orthostatic hypotension group and non neurogenic orthostatic hypotension group.3.The correlation between the above risk factors and neurogenic orthostatic hypotension in Parkinson’s disease was statistically analyzed, and the influence degree was speculated. Results: 1.In 116 patients with Parkinson’s disease,54 patients had neurogenic orthostatic hypotension, accounting for approximately 46.55% of the total. There was no significant difference between neurogenic orthostatic hypotension group and non neurogenic orthostatic hypotension group in gender, history of hypertension, history of diabetes, smoking history,MoCA,levodopa equivalent dose;2.The age of patients in neurogenic orthostatic hypotension group was older than that of the non neurogenic orthostatic hypotension group;3.The mean value of H-Y staging in neurogenic orthostatic hypotension group was higher than that in non neurogenic orthostatic hypotension group(1.9 ± 0.7vs.1.7 ± 0.8,P = 0.096 > 0.05),but the difference was not statistically significant;4.The mean value of course in neurogenic orthostatic hypotension group was higher than that in non neurogenic orthostatic hypotension group(5.8 ± 4.7 vs.4.8 ± 5.5,P = 0.187 > 0.05),but the difference was not statistically significant;5.The mean value of UPDRSIII in neurogenic orthostatic hypotension group was higher than that in non neurogenic orthostatic hypotension group(28.0±11.3vs26.8±16.1,P=0.178>0.05),but the difference was not statistically significant,6.The mean MoCA score of neurogenic orthostatic hypotension group was lower than that of non neurogenic orthostatic hypotension group(21.2 ± 4.8vs 21.5 ± 5.1,P = 0.637 > 0.05),but the difference was not statistically significant.7.Logistic analysis showed that age(OR = 1.048,P = 0.037 < 0.05)was related to Parkinson’s with neurogenic orthostatic hypotension. Conclusion: There is a correlation between age and the occurrence of neurogenic orthostatic hypotension. The course of disease,H-Y stage,UPDRS-III part and the equivalent dose of levodopa have no statistical significance for the correlation of neurogenic orthostatic hypotension, which needs further study. |
