Analysis Of Effect Of Stage ?/? Endometriosis Underwent Laparoscopic Conservative Surgery Combined With Levonorgestrel Intrauterine System

Purposes: To observe and analyze the clinical efficacy of Levonorgestrel Intraute System combined with laparoscopic conservative surgery in the treatment of patients with stage III/IV endometriosis.Methods: From January 2016 to June 2016,108 cases of patients with stage III/IV endometriosis who underwent laparoscopic conservative surgery in our hospital were selected as the subjects.Groups were grouped according to the different fertility requirements of the patients.The observation group of 54 cases,had no fertility requirements,placing the ING-IUS;the control group of 54 cases,had no recent fertility requirements,given subcutaneous injection leuprorelin.The effect,adverse reaction,recurrence rate and effect on ovarian function of the two groups were compared.Results:1 The two groups had their own comparison before and after treatment,12 months after treatment,dysmenorrhea score,intermenstrual pelvic pain score,menstrual volume score compared with before treatment,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).2 Two groups of patients were compared,the dysmenorrhea remission rate,the intermenstrual pelvic pain remission rate,the menstrual volume remission rate of the observation group were 92.59%,94.44%,96.30%,and those of the control group were 77.78%,81.48%,79.63%,the dysmenorrhea remission rate,the intermenstrual pelvic pain remission rate and the menstrual volume remission rate of the observation group were higher than the control group,the difference was significant(P<0.05).3 Two groups of patients were compared,the total incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was 55.56%,and the total incidence of adverse reactions in the control group was 75.93%.The total incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).4 Two groups of patients were compared,the total recurrence rate of the observation group was 7.41%,and the total recurrence rate of the control group was 22.22%.The total recurrence rate of the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).5 The two groups had their own comparison before and after treatment,12 months after treatment,two groups of patients with FSH,LH,E2 were compared with before treatment,the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion:1 ING-IUS combined laparoscopic conservative surgery can effectively treat stage III/IV EMT,and the effect is better than that of leucotrillin acetate.2 The adverse reactions of ING-IUS combined with laparoscopic conservative surgery in the treatment of stage III/IV EMT was significantly less than that of leuprorelin acetate combined with laparoscopic conservative surgery,and it has good safety.3 ING-IUS combined laparoscopic conservative surgery for the treatment of stage III/IV EMT can effectively reduce the recurrence rate of EMT,and the effect is better than that of leucotrillin acetate.4 ING-IUS combined laparoscopic conservative surgery for the treatment of stage III/IV EMT does not affect the ovarian function of the patients.
