Establishment Of Staff Performance Appraisal System

With the development of society,the influence of Non-Profit Organizations has been rising,playing a significant role in poverty alleviation and other public welfare undertakings.The international Non-Profit Organizations concentrating on public welfare undertakings have built the systems of highly specialized management,standardized operation,rigorous organization structure and effective management.The Non-Profit Organizations of our country,relatively,almost have strong political background,but these organizations should reduce the reliance on government and establish normal staff performance appraisal system to ensure healthy and sustainable development of organizations based on the needs of society development.From the perspective of staff performance appraisal,the thesis analyzes the problems and reasons faced by Chinese Non-Profit Organization.Based on it,to find out the existing problems and analyze reasons,to determine the basic principles,this thesis is aimed to the CD Medical Association which is tied to government closely with thorough investigation by interviews and questionnaires.Firstly of all,we determine the index system of performance examination by questionnaires,and then use AHP method to calculate the value of the weight of each index and establish evaluation criteria.Next,we filter out different evaluation body and specific assessment method,and build the employee performance appraisal system.Consequently,combined with performance management cycle of PDCA and different incentive mechanism,the structured system can achieve the optimal design in staff performance appraisal management of CD Medical Association.The research content of this paper can provide reference for staff performance appraisal system of Chinese Non-Profit Organizations.
