Objective: To investigate the diagnostic value of plasma brain natriuretic peptide(BNP)in children with cardiovascular diseasesMethods: retrospective analysis of the clinical data of 362 cases of cardiovascular disease in our hospital in May 2014 ~2017 year in March,through the clinical signs,symptoms,ECG,X-ray and ultrasound cardiogram in diagnosis of cardiovascular diseases diagnosed in accordance with the relevant standards,pathological data of all;362 cases of cardiovascular disease(including congenital heart disease,heart failure,arrhythmia,Kawasaki disease,myocarditis,dilated cardiomyopathy)were set for cardiovascular disease group;and the children with symptoms of heart failure according to whether the transverse refinement of packet,the heart failure group and non heart failure group 61 cases of 301 cases;the New York Heart Association(NYHA)established the standard of grading of heart function to do classification of 362 cases of cardiac function in children with cardiovascular diseases(NYHA I group,group II,group III,IV group),take heart color Doppler In 362 cases of cardiovascular disease patients with left ventricular ejection fraction imaging(LVEF)detection,and combined with LVEF group(normal LVEF group and abnormal LVEF group);the other selected in our hospital during the same period to the hospital for a comprehensive examination of non cardiovascular diseases in children 153 cases as control subjects.All patients were implemented Electrochemiluminescence immunoassay of plasma N-terminal brain natriuretic peptide(NT-pro BNP)index,using the SPSS19.0 data statistics system for comparative analysis of the changes of plasma brain natriuretic peptide in children group,the correlation of plasma BNP and evaluation of cardiac function in children with other.Results: through the analysis of the relationship between children of different ages,gender differences between plasma brain natriuretic peptide and statistics,found that age and gender and children will not have a significant impact on the plasma BNP,so the data in this study is feasible.The cardiovascular disease group were significantly higher than the average child plasma BNP healthy reference group of children,the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05);heart failure group plasma BNP was significantly higher than that of non heart failure group,the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05);children with congenital heart disease.Plasma BNP was significantly higher than that of the reference group,the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05);arrhythmia of plasma BNP was significantly higher than that of the reference group,there was statistical significant differences(P < 0.05);endocardial elastic fibers increase students in children with plasma BNP was significantly higher than that of the reference group,the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05);myocarditis,dilated cardiomyopathy in children with plasma BN P was significantly higher than that of the reference group,the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05);Kawasaki disease patients plasma BNP was significantly higher than that of the reference group,the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).The cardiovascular disease of heart function in children with the higher grade,the child's own plasma BNP index is higher,the results were significantly different,there are statistical significance(P < 0.05);that of plasma BNP improve the indicators also indicate more serious deterioration of cardiac function in abnormal.LVEF group plasma BNP index was significantly higher than LVEF normal group,the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).The analysis of left ventricular ejection fraction and plasma brain natriuretic peptide correlation,there was a negative correlation between the cardiovascular disease in children with LVEF and BNP.Conclusion: the plasma BNP detection of cardiovascular diseases in children,without the influence of gender differences in age.Detected by plasma BNP can help clinicians diagnose cardiovascular diseases in children,for example congenital heart disease,heart failure,arrhythmia,endocardial elastic fibers increase health disease,Kawasaki disease,myocarditis,dilated cardiomyopathy.The children's heart function and plasma BNP were positively correlated negatively with LVEF,can accurately assess the early dagnosis of arrhythmia,heart failure and other cardiac lesions,auxiliary do risk classification of cardiac function.
