The Research Of The Application Of E-book In Self-management Evel Of Type 2 Diabetes Inpatients

Objective:Implementing the E-book nursing intervention to inpatients with type 2 diabetes is to make them mastering the related knowledge of diabetes,promoting behavior change,improving Glycemic index and improving the quality of life.By this means,we will evaluate the effect of self-management of E-book and expand the health education field of diabetes for clinical reatment.Method:To estabish a comprehensive management team of diabetes,select the patients in the Department of Endocrinology of China-Japan Union Hospital of Jilin University during July 2017 to January 2018.In the case of the informed consent,randomly dividing 120 diabetic patients who met the inclusion criteria and voluntarily received health education into intervention group 60 cases,60 cases in the control group.Two groups of patients were given conventional health education.On the basis,the intervention group was given the education of the E-book which took 30 min every time in hospital(totally 7 times).It concluded the E-book,general information questionnaire and Summary of Diabetes Self Care Activities(SDSCA).By comparing the two groups with general information,self-management behavior scores and glycemic control,we could observe the application effect of the E-book.X2 test?t test andrank-sum test were used to compare the differences of the intervention group and the control group.Result:(1)The score of intervention group was significantly higher than that of control group(P <0.01),which has statistical significance.(2)The intervention group was significantly higher than the control group in all dimensions of self-management behavior(diet management dimension,exercise management dimension,blood glucose monitoring management dimension,foot management dimension and medication administration dimension)(P <0.01)That has statistical significance.(3)The fasting blood glucose was discharged from the hospital.Compared with the two groups? FBG(fasting blood-glucose)and hplasmaglucose from the hospital,The intervention group was significantly higher than the control group,which has obviously statistical significance.(P <0.01)Conclusion:(1)The E-book provides comprehensive,up-to-date,and practically valid content of diabetes health education which makes patients more receptive.(2)E-book can improve the self-management level of inpatients with type 2 diabetes and promote those behavior to change.(3)E-book can improve glycemic control in inpatients with type 2 diabetes and improve the Glucose-target-rate.(4)E-book can enhance the level of diabetes knowledge,improve the quality of care.
