| Objective:to observe the clinical effect of bone hyperplasia pill in treating postmenopausal osteoporosis.Methods:in October 2016 to April 2017 in the xinjiang uygur autonomous region of traditional Chinese medicine hospital outpatient and the inpatient treatment in postmenopausal osteoporosis patients,and met inclusion and exclusion criteria,excluded those who were off,a total of a total of 59 cases,divide into 2groups according to random number table method,29 patients in the control group and 30 patients in the treatment group were divided into two groups,with oral calcium,strange as the foundation treatment,the control treatment,on the basis of oral calcium,1 time 1 piece of 600 mg,1,1 times;Treatment group on the basis of treatment of bone hyperplasia pills oral one 10 g,1,3,two groups of patients for three courses of treatment period(4 weeks for a period of treatment),curative effect evaluation after the treatment,observation with or without statistical significance.Results: The results were statistically analyzed,and the total effective rate of treatment was 90% and 72.41%,respectively,and P<0.05 was statistically significant.The results of bone density were compared and statistically analyzed: the bone density of the treatment group increased and the control group was not significantly increased.The treatment of TCM syndromes was analyzed: both groups of TCM symptoms improved,and the treatment group improved significantly compared with the control group.Improvement of bone pain symptoms: both treatment group and control group can improve,and the treatment group can significantly improve the different degree of pain symptoms in postmenopausal osteoporosis patients.Conclusion: bone hyperplasia pill can not only improve the bone density of postmenopausal osteoporosis patients,but also can effectively improve the pain symptoms in patients with lower back pain,which is worthy of further discussion and study. |
