Object: Through drug-cake moxibustion experiments,the effects of borneol and azone-type transdermal enhancers on the transdermal absorption of drug-insulated moxibustion moxibustion drugs in vitro were determined,and the optimal transdermal absorption enhancer was determined,laying a foundation for the development of a new type of drug-based cake moxibustion preparation.Methods: 1.40 healthy New Zealand white rabbits were randomly divided into5 groups: blank group,moxibustion cake-partitioned moxibustion group,cake-partitioned moxibustion plus borneol group,drug-parted moxibustion plus azone group,and cake-side moxibustion group,each group 8 only.Traditional herbal cake moxibustion was used to intervene in the moxibustion cake-partitioned moxibustion group,the cake-partitioned moxibustion plus borneol group,and the drug-parted cake moxibustion plus azone group.Moxibustion was continued for 4 weeks.After the moxibustion was applied,it was fasted and collected in vitro.Blood samples were taken;animals were sacrificed and moxibustion points at each group of rabbits were taken at the skin tissue.2.Using high-definition liquid chromatography to measure the permeation volume of the herbal drug moxibustion in the blood samples of each group and the content of the drug components in the skin tissue.Results:(1)In the absence of added transdermal enhancer,there was no drug penetration in the blank group and the cake group moxibustion group,and there was no significant difference in the permeation volume of the traditional herbal cake moxibustion group(P>0.05);Compared with the drug cake moxibustion group,the permeation volume of the borneol promoter group and the azazone enhancer group significantly increased,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01),and the permeation amount of the borneol promoter group was higher than that of the drug group.The permeation volume of drug in the azide-ketone group was higher(P<0.01);(2)High-definition liquid-phase analyzer detects homogenate of skin tissue.The sample concentration is below the detection line and no drug component is measured.Conclusion:The transdermal enhancer can promote the penetration of drug-partitioned cake moxibustion drugs.Both borneol and azone can increase the percutaneous absorption of drug-partitioned cake moxibustion.The permeation dose of borneol is higher than that of azone.
