Objective Nursing intervention and guidance were conducted on children with functional constipation through micro platform,and the effect was evaluated.The effect of "family centered" nursing mode on the clinical effect and quality of life of children's functional constipation was discussed,and the reference for clinical nursing work was provided.Method In this study,a case-before and after-control study was designed and selected in the outpatient clinic of a three a children's Hospital in Hunan Province,January 2017.58 cases of 4-12 years old with the diagnostic criteria for functional constipation and their caregivers were included in the study.According to the order of treatment,the random number table method was divided into intervention group and control group,29 cases in intervention group and 29 cases in control group.The control group received routine nursing mode,and the intervention group received family centered nursing intervention on the basis of routine nursing.The indexes were measured by the knowledge questionnaire,the total score of the clinical defecation and the quality of life scale before intervention,1months after intervention and 3 months after intervention.The indicators before intervention were measured and collected in paper field.After 1 months of intervention and 3 months after intervention,the index was collected by questionnaire.All data were collected and collected by Excel form,and then SPSS17.0 statistical software was used to analyze and describe them.Result In the control group,1 people were unwilling to continue to participate because of the replacement of the caregivers,and the rest had a good participation rate.29 people were included in the intervention group and 28 in the control group.There was no significant difference in baseline data between intervention group and control group.Compared with the baseline data before intervention,1 months after intervention,the intervention group and the control group were better than the intervention group before the intervention,such as the factors of the constipation attack,the harm caused by Zhi Xiao constipation,the knowledge of the correct diet and activity habits,the interval time of defecation,the fecal character,the difficulty of defecation,the incompatibility of defecation,the social function and so on.The score of emotional function in intervention group was higher than that before intervention,and the difference was statistically significant?P<0.05?.After 3 months of intervention,the intervention group was better than the intervention group before the intervention in the social function,the interval of defecation,the difficulty of defecating,the feeling of defecation and so on,and there was a statistical difference in the emotional function and fecal traits in the intervention group?P<0.05?.After 3 months of intervention,the score of the intervention group was higher than that of the control group in the total score of the constipation attack,the harm caused by Zhi Xiao constipation,the correct diet and activity habit,the social function,the fecal character,the difficulty of defecation and the total score of symptoms?P<0.05?.After 3 months of intervention,the clinical efficiency of the two groups was compared(c2=4.275,P=0.039).Conclusion 1 the study of family centered nursing in children with functional constipation by microplatform not only improves the knowledge level of constipation and care ability of the caregivers,but also improves the long-term clinical effect of the children.This nursing mode is effective for the treatment of children's functional constipation.2 in the clinical work,through the "family centered" care for the overall understanding of the children's family,carry out targeted nursing measures,not only can master the patient's condition well,but also improve the quality of life of the children.
