Objective:To discuss the safety and efficacy of transurethral partial cystectomy for non-muscle invasive bladder cancer(NMIBC)Methods:40 patients diagnosed with NMIBC in The second Affiliated Hospital of KunMing medical University between Augest 2015 and December 2016 underwent transurethral en bloc resction,we review all patients were randomly divided into two groups, one of group is transurethral plasma bladder carcinoma with en bloc resction, another group is(transurethral resection of bladder tumor)TURBT,and record two groups of general information, operation time, average hospitalization time, tumor size, bturator nerve reflexorall surgery patients postoperative follow-up the period of one year and record the number of cases of postoperative recurrence. Results:Two groups of patients underwent operations successfully.transurethral en bloc resction general data contrast to(transurethral resection of bladder tumor)TURBT group has no statistical significance(P>0.05),compared two groups of operation time and average hospitalization time compared withen bloc resction group on operation time and the time of continuous bladder irrigation is shortened, but its statistical analysis shows there is no statistical significance,P>0.05 two groups of contrast the obturator nerve reflex cases and cases of bladder perforation, transurethral en bloc resction than(transurethral resection of bladder tumor)TURBT will effectively reduce the occurrence of obturator nerve reflex,so as to reduce postoperative bladder caused by the obturator nerve reflex occurred perforation, compared the two groups statistically significant differences(P<0.01).we compared the two groups of postoperative complications were transurethral bladder en bloc resction.the TURBT group obviously reduce the probability of occurrence of postoperative complications(P<0.05)there is statistical significance. In the two groups, there were 4 cases of recurrenced after one year, including 3 cases of TURBT group and 1 case of transurethral bladder en bloc resction, but the statistical analysis was not statistically significantConclusion:Transurethralbladder en bloc resction compare withTUTRBT in operation time and average hospitalization time, bladder washout and time of placing a urinary catheter, there were no significant differences, the unobvious advantages and disadvantages of the two points in shorter peroid;Transurethral bladder en bloc resction in obturator nerve reflex and reduce bladder perforation and postoperative complications is TURBT exists obvious difference, the can prompt the operation can obviously reduce the incidence of the obturator nerve reflex; There was no significant difference between the two groups in the improvement of postoperative heterotopic relapse and in siturecurrence, and there was no significant difference in the reduction of tumor recurrence rate.
