Objectives:Analysis the high risk facor in the process of assisted reproductive technology,to summarize the clinical manifestations, diagnosis and treatment of in vitro fertilization-embryo transfer,to provide evidence for more effective prevention and treatment measures. Methods:There is retrospective analysis of the clinical data of 119 hospital patients in the moderate and severe OHSS from September 2014 to December 2016.According to Glon categories,119 patients were classified into moderate OHSS patients and severe OHSS patients.Results:1.The high risk factors related to OHSS are:young patients(<35 years old),low body mass index and pregnancy;2.There was no statistically significant difference between ET group and no embryo transfer group. The comparison results of moderate OHSS group and severe OHSS group is same(P>0.05);3.There were no statistically significant differences in the causes of infertility in patients with moderate OHSS group and severe OHSS group is same(P>0.05);4.There was no statistically significant difference between the number of days and the amount of use GnRH and the number of retrieved oocytes in patients w)ith moderate OHSS group and severe OHSS group(P>0.05);5.There was no statistically significant difference in thoracic puncture catheter drainage rate and thoracic combined abdominal puncture catheter drainage rate in patients with moderate OHSS group and severe OHSS group(P>0.05).However the abdominal puncture rate of moderate OHSS was significantly higher than severe OHSS(P<0.05);6.The hospitalization time of embryo transfer group was significantly longer, chest puncture rate was higher, and the amount of albumin was significantly more than the group that was't transfered embryo(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in length of stay during treatment in patients with moderate OHSS group and severe OHSS group(P>0.05).There was a significant increase in the amount of albumin in the severe OHSS patients than moderate OHSS patients(P<0.05);7.The clinical and test indicators of patients with moderate OHSS were much better after the puncture. In particular, the improvement of abdominal circumference,weight,24-hour urine volume,WBC,HCT and FIB was the most significant(P<0.05).Secondly,the increase of A/G ratio is also statistically significant(P<0.05);8.The abdominal circumference, weight and WBC were significantly improved after the puncture of severe OHSS patients, and the protein and 24-hour urine volume were significantly increased(P<0.05).Conclusions:1.The high risk factors related to OHSS are:young patients(<35 years old),low body mass index and pregnancy;2.The incidence of symptoms and signs, cause for infertility, the number of days and the amount of use GnRH,the number of retrieved oocytes, the thoracic puncture catheter drainage rate, thoracic combined abdominal puncture catheter drainage rate, hospitalization time, none of the above was significantly correlated with the severity of OHSS;3.There was no significant correlation between the incidence of patients' symptoms and signs and whether there was an embryo transfer;4.The patients in ET group were prone to delay and the symptoms improved slowly, and the treatment time was long;5.The abdominal puncture rate of moderate OHSS was significantly higher than severe OHSS;6.The treatment of OHSS is mainly to dilatation and support the treatment, and the majority of patients can achieve clinical relief after the above treatment.OHSS patients with thoracic and/or peritoneal catheter drainage indications can rapidly relieve symptoms by piercing the chest and/or the peritoneal effusion. The monitoring of various clinical and inspection indicators has been improved;...
