Objective: To observe whether there are differences in the effects of reducing blood pressure and blood homocysteine levels in H-type hypertensive patients treated with two antihypertensive regimens, and to know the effect of the treatment on the patient's anxiety. This can provide a useful programs for the treatment of patients with H-type hypertensionMethods: From December 2015 to December 2016,patients who has been diagnosed as H-type hypertension in the Department of Cardiology at the First Affiliated Hospital of Nanhua University, and those who cannot control blood pressure with a single drug are included in the group.Based on general information, biochemical data, blood pressure data, and willing to complete the SAS Anxiety Self-Assessment Scale and complete its follow-up data for a total of 120 cases.According to the date of their visit is odd or even divided into A,B two treatment groups.Group A was given irbesartan tablets(Amberville,SanofiAventis Minsheng Pharmaceutical Co.,Ltd.Hangzhou)0.15 g + folic acid tablets(Tianjin Lisheng Pharmaceutical Co.,Ltd.)5mg + levoamlodipine besylate tablets(Xin,Xiansheng Pharmaceutical Co.,Ltd.)2.5mg,Group B was enalapril maleate folic acid tablets(Yeye,Shenzhen Osaza Pharmaceutical Co.,Ltd.)10mg/0.8mg + levamlodipine besylate tablets(Xinta,Xiansheng Pharmaceutical Co.,Ltd.)2.5mg.Follow-up after 6 months of treatment, this study separately collected general data from two groups of patients, record their Hcy(homocysteine)levels and blood pressure control levels before and after treatment. We also record Selfrated scores of SAS anxiety score before and after treatment and adverse reactions after taking medicine, and evaluate and compare.Result:(1)Before treatment,Hcy level and general information such as age, gender,BMI,systolic blood pressure, diastolic blood pressure, diabetes history, history of cerebral infarction, smoking history and drinking history were not statistically different between the two groups(P>0.05).(2)Two treatment groups had a certain antihypertensive effect,A group before the treatment of systolic blood pressure(mm Hg)163.28 ±22.31,diastolic blood pressure(mm Hg)100.27±17.68,after treatment, the systolic pressure(mm Hg)124.58 ± 8.53,diastolic blood pressure(mm Hg)76.43±9.37,B group before the treatment of systolic blood pressure(mm Hg)161.18 ± 22.64,diastolic blood pressure(mm Hg)98.38±16.06 after treatment, systolic blood pressure(mm Hg)123.98 ±7.74,76.83 ± 7.92 diastolic blood pressure, there were significant differences before and after treatment(P < 0.05).(3)Two treatment groups could reduce plasma Hcy level to a certain extent,A group before treatment was 23.87 ± 1.83,after treatment was 8.52±1.54,B group was 23.92±1.40 before treatment,8.41±1.37 after treatment, there was a significant difference before and after treatment(P < 0.05).(4)A group before treatment was SAS self rating Anxiety Scale 53.5(25.3,65.0)score after treatment,40.5(21.3,50.5)before and after treatment, there was significant difference(P < 0.05),B group before treatment SAS self rating Anxiety Scale 54(23.0,63.5)score after treatment 43.5(21.5,50.0),there was significant difference before treatment after(P < 0.05),two groups of patients with anxiety were reduced, group A decreased more obviously in patients with anxiety.(5)After treatment, adverse reactions of dry cough occurred in two groups, but the incidence of adverse reactions in group A was significantly less than that in group B(P < 0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the side effects between the two groups(P > 0.05).Conclusion: For H-type hypertensive patients, both treatment groups are effective in lowering blood pressure and blood homocysteine. At the same time, both groups can reduce the anxiety of the patient, and group A was more obvious. The incidence of adverse reactions in the dry cough group B was higher.
