BackgroundThe incidence of gout and hyperuricemia is increasing, which makes gout and hyperuricemia a research hotspot.Gout treatment is a lifelong process and patient compliance directly affects treatment outcomes and prognosis. There is currently no study on treatment compliance of gout patients in Conghua. On the other hand, existing studies suggest that hyperuricemia is closely related to various diseases, and the relationship between hyperuricemia and related diseases is discussed through observation and comparison of hyperuricemia and normal blood uric acid in Conghua.Purpose1.Analyze the factors related to the diagnosis and treatment compliance of gout patients in Conghua area, and provide reference for later treatment.2.To investigate the relationship between hyperuricemia and related diseases. To study the incidence of the disease in the region and provide reference for the prevention and treatment of related complications.Methods1.390 cases of gout patients admitted to our hospital were selected as the study subjects.Follow-up surveys were conducted on the patients.Gout diagnosis met the 2015 ACR and EULAR Gout Diagnostic Criteria.A questionnaire survey was conducted using the compliance scale[1].The compliance scale contains a total of 8 entries using the Likert-2 scoring method. The total score is 8 points, the score is6 points, and the score is<6 points is non-compliance.Analyze the patient's clinical data, including education level, household per capita income, and so on.Through univariate and multivariate regression analydiagnosis and treatment compliance were explored. Results mean ± standard sis, relevant factors for the patient's deviation. The t-test was performed on the measurement results, and the x2 test was performed on the count results.Statistically significant correlation factors were analyzed by multivariate Logistic regression analysis.2.1600 patients with hyperuricemia and normal blood uric acid treated in our hospital were selected and divided into two groups, each with 800 individuals. Two independent sample T tests were used to compare the continuous variable groups.Pearson x2 analysis was used to compare the categorical variable groups.Multivariate logistic regression was used to analyze the factors affecting hyperuricemia.Specific regression methods included ENTER method and stepwise regression method.Results1.The average score of diagnosis and treatment compliance of 1.390 patients with gout was(3.93±1.78)points.The degree of education and payment of medical expenses are closely related to the compliance of diagnosis and treatment of gout patients(p<0.05).The long duration of illness, low level of education, and self-paying medical expenses are independent risk factors for poor diagnosis and treatment compliance in gout patients in Conghua District(p<0.05).2.The multivariate regression results of hyperlipidemia, hyperglycemia, coronary heart disease, renal insufficiency and carotid atherosclerosis showed statistical differences(P<0.05).It shows that hyperuricemia is closely related to the above-mentioned diseases.Conclusions1.Strengthen the monitoring and follow-up of gout patients in the Conghua area in the long course of illness, low level of education, and payment of medical expenses at their own expense, and actively improve the compliance of patients with diagnosis and treatment..2.Men are more likely to get hyperuricemia than women, and hyperuricemia is closely related to high blood lipids, high blood sugar, coronary heart disease, renal insufficiency, and carotid atherosclerosis.Hyperuricemia should be detected as early as possible and treated with interventions in lifestyle and drug therapy. And actively prevent and treat hyperuricemia patients with high blood lipids, high blood sugar, coronary heart disease, renal insufficiency and carotid atherosclerosis and other related diseases.
