Background and ObjectiveOccupational noise directly affects the health of exposed workers,causing fatigue,causing psychological fear,obscuring the alarm signal is a trigger for safety accidents.WHO has included occupational noise as one of the most important occupational health hazards.China has also included occupational noise deaf in the scope of work injury insurance.There are 4,601 enterprises with registered occupational risk factors in Yixing City,66,536 workers exposed to various harmful factors,3119 enterprises with noise,accounting for 67.79%of the total number of industrial enterprises and 43,116 workers exposed to noise,Accounting for 64.80%of the total number of workers exposed to occupational hazards.Occupational noise Deafness in Yixing City Center for Disease Control and Prevention diagnosis of occupational diseases are showing more and more trends in the region is the focus of occupational disease monitoring and occupational health risk assessment content.In this study,by analyzing the testing data of occupational health check-ups and occupational hazards in a certain enterprise for several years,combined with the situation of on-the-spot investigation,we comprehensively,objectively and scientifically master the health status of workers and analyze the distribution of occupational hearing impairment And trends,provide scientific advice for the prevention and treatment of occupational hearing impairment in this enterprise,and explore measures suitable for prevention and control of occupational noise deafness in this area.MethodThrough the Yixing occupational health examination system,we get the physical examination data of employers from 2011 to 2015 with a total of 295 people.Through Yixing Health Inspection Information Management System,we get monitoring data form 2011-2015,and we get other occupational health monitoring files through the employer.According to GBZ188-2014 "occupational health monitoring technical specifications",we set Physical examination items for workers exposed to noise.According to former file and GBZ49-2014 "Occupational Noise Deaf Diagnosis",we judge,identify and group results into five groups:no abnormality,only high-frequency anomalies,noisy job observation object,noise job occupation contraindications,suspected occupational noise deafness.According to GBZ/T189.8-2007 "workplace physical factors measurement Part 8:Noise",GBZ159-2004" Sampling Specifications for Monitoring of Toxic Substances in the Workplace",we measure the noise of each post:when the workshop is in normal operation,measuring every position with impulse noise meter for three times and taking the average as the post noise;Then determine whether the post is noise position according to GBZ2.2-2007 "Occupational exposure limits of harmful elements in the workplace Part 2:Physical factors",and in accordance with GBZ/T229.4-2012 "occupational hazards in the workplace Job classification "to determine the extent of the noise operation.ConclusionNoise exposure is the major occupational hazards of the enterprise occupational groups.The survey found that the company has a strong sense of occupational health:regular distribution of personal protective equipment,regular monitoring of occupational hazards,regular occupational health monitoring physical examination.However,the effect of noise control is limited and the protective effect is not good.Productive noise has a significant impact on the hearing loss of workers:no abnormality rate is only 50.51%among 295 people,nearly half of them have hearing impairment and high frequency hearing loss 106 people,accounting for 35.93%.And with the increase of the length of service,high-frequency hearing loss more and more,anti-noise effect is not optimistic.Need to further strengthen the supervision of the use of personal protective equipment,to expand the coverage of medical examination,attention to occupational health monitoring medical examination.Advice1.Combined with key occupational disease surveillance and occupational health risk assessment workers,strict pre-assessment of new,changed,expansion project noise assessment and "three simultaneous" review system,protection in the first place;to improve the existing project labor environment,equipment,noise reduction Sources;strengthen the supervision of personal protective equipment,establish the three-tier regulatory system of "workers-enterprises-the administrative department".2.From the city to the township,expand occupational health monitoring medical coverage rate;establish a unified physical examination system,using "big data" means to track and predict the worker's hearing change trends,timely feedback and control.3.Promote occupational health education by vigorously publicizing the protective effect of wearing proper personal protective equipment(earplugs)and change the protective awareness of enterprises and workers through the mode of "knowing-believing-practicing",and take the initiative and conscious protection.
