A Study On The Allocation Of Medical Resources In Suzhou Under The Background Of "Comprehensive Two-child" Policy

In 2015,the party's the fifth Plenary Session of the 18 th CPC Central Committee explicitly put forward the policy of "implementing a couple to have two children in an all-round way".This is another major adjustment of population policy after the the third Plenary Session of the 18 th CPC Central Committee 2013 decision to start the implementation of the "two child policy".In case of changes in fertility policy in the new period,by optimizing the allocation of maternal and child health resources,implement the "comprehensive two children" policy,to improve the overall quality of the population,optimize the population structure and distribution,has important significance to promote the long-term coordinated development of population and social economy,resources and environment.This paper uses literature research,data analysis,summarizes several kinds of methods,from the Suzhou city "two children" policy implementation point of view,combined with the current Suzhou City Maternal and child health resource allocation,analysis of Suzhou City Maternal and child health resources faced in the process of policy implementation and challenges the problems,then puts forward the optimized proposal and the allocation of medical resources,in order to promote the Suzhou city comprehensive two child policy implementation,the greatest degree of realization of the policy target.
