Effect Of Hemodialysis Combined With Hemoperfusion On Maintenance Hemodialysis Patients

ObjectiveTo investigate the effect of different hemodialysis methods on patients with maintenance hemodialysis.Method70 cases of maintenance hemodialysis patients treated in Chongming Central hospital from March 2016 to April 2017 were selected as the study subjects.Random number method was used to divide patients into control group and observation group,each with 35 cases.The control group was treated with hemodialysis.The observation group was given a weekly hemoperfusion treatment on the basis of hemodialysis.The operation was strictly followed by the operation procedure.The treatment time was 3 months.Compare the indicators between two groups following:treatment outcome,adverse reactions,heart function and nutritional status.The treatment effects included cognitive function,quality of life,parathyroid hormone,leptin and beta 2-MG levels.The adverse reactions included vomiting,itching,hypertension,hypotension,muscle spasm,abnormal heart rate,heart failure and angina.The cardiac function indicators included LVEDD,LVESD and LVEF.The nutritional status index included ALB,PA and Hb,.ResultBefore treatment,the two groups in cognitive function and quality of life had no significant difference(P>0.05).After treatment,the cognitive function and quality of life were higher in observation group than in the control group(P<0.05),serum parathyroid hormone,leptin and beta 2-MG levels were significantly decreased in two groups after treatment(P<0.05),but the parameters in observation group was significantly lower than the control group(P<0.05);Patients with hypotension,hypertension,vomiting,itching and muscle spasm in the observation group was 2.9%,2.9%2.9%,2.9%and5.7%,respectively whereas those side effect in the control group were 14.3%,11.4%,11.4%,8.6%,and 17.1%,.There was significant difference between the two groups.The incidence rate was 11.4%in observation group of abnormal heart function,while it was 25.7%in control group(P<0.05);LVEDD,LVESD in observation group was significantly lower than the control group,while LVEF was higher than that of control group(P<0.05)After treatment,the levels of ALB,PA and Hb in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group.The nutritional status of the observation group was better than that of the control group,and there was significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).ConclusionOn the basis of hemodialysis,use hemoperfusion treatment once a week can improve the clinical treatment effect.This modality way improve cognitive function,nutritional status,cardiac function and can reduce the incidence of adverse reactions.Hemodialysis combined with hemoperfusion way improve the life quality of dialysis patients,and the modality can be widely used.
