Objective To analyze the association of ARHGEF11 gene R1467 H polymorphism with type 2 diabetes in Qinghai Hui and Han nationality.Methods 60 cases of Qinghai Hui and Han patients with type 2 diabetes from February 2016 to February 2018 in our hospital were randomly selected,these patients were regarded as type 2 diabetes mellitus group,60 cases of persons with normal diabetes weight in physical examination in our hospital were selected as normal control group,the clinical features of genotype frequency,clinical features of ARHGEF11,R1467 H gene polymorphisms and genotypes of the two groups were statistically analyzed.Results The waist to hip ratio,systolic blood pressure,fasting blood glucose,insulin resistance index,TG and TC ofHan patients in the type 2 diabetes mellitus group were significantly higher(P<0.05),the fasting insulin and HDL-C were significantly lower(P<0.05);The waist to hip ratio,systolic blood pressure,diastolic blood pressure,fasting blood glucose,insulin resistance index,TG,TC,LDL-C levels of the Hui patients were significantly higher(P<0.05),the fasting insulin and HDL-C were significantly lower than the normal control group(P<0.05).The GG genotype and G allele frequency of Han patients with in the type 2 diabetes mellitus group were significantly lower(P<0.05),the GA genotype and A allele frequencies were significantly higher(P<0.05);The GG genotype and G allele frequencies of Hui patients were significantly lower(P<0.05),the GA genotype and A allele frequencies were significantly higher than the normal control group(P<0.05);The fasting blood glucose,fasting insulin,insulin resistance index of GG genotype Han patients were significantly lower(P<0.05);.The fasting blood glucose of Han GG genotype staff in the normal control group was significantly lower(P<0.05);The fasting blood glucose of Hui GG genotype patients was significantly lower(P<0.05);The waist hip ratio and LDL-C of Hui GG genotype patients were significantly lower than GA+AA genotype patients(P<0.05).Conclusion The difference of R1467 H polymorphism of ARHGEF11 gene between Hui and Han nationality in Qinghai is not significant.The type 2 diabetes,insulin resistance of Han nationality and type 2 diabetes,obesity and dyslipidemia of Hui nationality may be related to R1467 H polymorphism of ARHGEF11 gene.
