Objectives:Understand the state and influential factors of autonomous perception of elderly patients who have hypertension, and explore the correlation between the level of autonomous perception and health-related quality of life in elderly patients who have Methods:We randomly selected 210 elderly patients with hypertension in total from cardiovascular department and geriatric department of Changchun Grade 3A hospital from March to September 2017 for questionnaire investigation and interview.Basic information questionnaire,Chinese version autonomous perception scale(PEAS-CV),and health related quality of life(PRO)questionnaire for hypertensive patients were taken as research tools. We used SPSS17.0 software to analyze the data which were mainly described by frequency and percentagenamely n(%);the total level of autonomous perception and its three dimensions, the total level of health-related quality of life and its five dimensions were statistically described by mean and standard deviation. The three dimensions of autonomous perception were taken as dependent variables and the significant variables in single factor analysis and correlation analysis were taken as independent variables.Multivariate stepwise regression analysis was performed to analyze the correlation between self-perception and health-related quality of life.Results:1.We sent out 210 questionnaires in total,200 valid scales were collected, and the effective collection rate was 95.2%.2.The state of self-awareness in elderly hypertensive patients: The total score of auto-sensing perception was(107.35±3.62)points,and the average of auto-sensing perception was(2.62±0.09)points;the average scores of three dimensions of the study objects were from high to low: freedom(2.79±0.20)points,independence(2.51 ±0.13)points and individual(2.45±0.30)points;the subjective autonomic perception level was a moderate level(2.62±0.09)according to the Linker4 score.3.Univariate analysis of the factors affecting the autonomous perception of elderly patients with hypertension was as follows: age, education, occupation, marital status, living status, medication, sources of income, personal income, payment for medical expenses.4.Multivariate stepwise regression analysis showed that: Academic records, age, and living status have a significant impact on the overall existence of autonomous perception,P<0.05.The non-standardized coefficient of age is negative, indicating that age has a negative effect on the overall sense of autonomy. The non-standardized coefficient of education is positive, indicating that education has a positive effect on the overall sense of autonomous perception. The non-standardized coefficient of living status is only positive with the spouse's residence. The predicted value of the autonomously perceived overall score of the spouse's residence compared with other living conditions is 2.357.The independence of self-perceived status of elderly hypertensive patients had a significant correlation with the social dimensions and health dimensions of health-related quality of life,P<0.05,and the correlation coefficient was positive. The independence dimension in autonomous perception has a significant positive impact on the social dimensions of health-related quality of life,P<0.05,for each additional point of independence, the total social dimension of health-related quality of life increases by 0.509 points; The perception of the total independence dimension had a significant impact on the healthy behavioral dimensions of health-related quality of life,P<0.05.For each additional point in the total score of independence, the total score of health-related quality of life in the health behavior dimension increased by 1.036 points.Conclusions:1.The average score of autonomic perception in middle-aged patients was 2.66 0.14),which was at a medium level in this study.2.The important factors affecting the level of autonomous perception of elderly patients are age, education, occupation, source of income, personal income, payment of medical expenses, marriage, living condition and medication.Age,education and occupation are important factors affecting the dimensions of freedom;age is an important factor affecting the individual dimension;personal income is an important factor affecting the dimension of independence.3.The independence of self-perception in elderly hypertensive patients is positively correlated with the social dimensions of health-related quality of life and the dimensions of health behaviors,ie the independence of elderly patients with hypertension is more independent, and the social dimensions and health behaviors of health-related quality of life The higher the dimension score.
