A Preliminary Study Of MRI Contrast Before And After Chinese Medicine Treatment Of Lumbar Muscle Strain

Objective: To compare the MRI findings of lumbar muscle strain before and after Chinese medicine treatment,so as to provide reference for clinical diagnosis and treatment evaluation of lumbar muscle strain.Methods: 30 patients with lumbar muscle strain were selected and compared with MRI before and after treatment.SPSS was used for statistical analysis.Results: In 30 cases of lumbar spine strain,25 cases(5 cases),flaky(9 cases),strip(6 cases),gridding(5 cases),mixed multiple shape(5 cases)long T1,long T2 signal were found in the deep fascia of the peripheral fascia of the lumbar spine(5 cases)after lumbar spine spinous process.16 cases of acupuncture,11 cases of traditional Chinese medicine,18 cases of canned fire,12 cases of local drug application,16 cases of massage massage,28 cases combined with the 2-3 methods,and 2 cases of massage by massage alone.All 30 cases were followed up for MRI after the pain disappeared(grade 0-3).The duration of the disease was 4-22 days,with an average of 8.2 days.In the deep fascia,the abnormal signal area disappeared in 25 cases,the range was narrower than before,and the signal intensity was reduced in 5 cases.Conclusion: Chinese medicine therapy has a significant effect on the treatment of lumbar muscle strain.MRI examination plays an important guiding role in the diagnosis and treatment of lumbar muscle strain.
