Purpose 3.0T cardiac magnetic resonance technology in the use of the left ventricle and the technique and echocardiography were compared,and the left ventricular diastolic and systolic function of a correlation study of the left ventricular diastolic function parameters including the velocity of mitral annulus(the ratio of early diastolic and ultrasound ultrasonic diastolic value ratio)of early and late diastolic peak velocity ratio of the corresponding magnetic resonance process.Method The standard 3.0T cardiac magnetic resonance imaging examination(CMR)and echocardiographic detection techniques were used in all volunteers.The need for the measurement of left ventricular systolic function parameters including shortening(FS)and ejection fraction(EF),these parameters are used in M type ultrasound echocardiography when echocardiography were detected,the parameters of left ventricular diastolic function Ea/Aa use is the use of the tissue Doppler echocardiography(DTI)were measured;volunteers were cardiac MRI after calculated left ventricular EF with third postprocessing software,manual measurement and calculation FS,compared to two kinds of test methods,using the method of PFR1/PFR2,is the early peak filling rate(PFR1)and late peak filling rate(PFR2)ratio.Result The examination of healthy volunteers,ultrasound examination results of cardiac systolic and diastolic function were in normal range,and the cardiac magnetic 2 volunteers cardiac systolic function parameters of EF were not in the normal range,so that 2 volunteers removed,48 volunteers for the statistical data analysis.1.Echocardiography left ventricular systolic function map measured can parameters:EF(64.7 + 4.2)%,FS(35.1 + 3.1)%,the parameters of left ventricular systolic function 3.0T CMR determination:EF(62.5 +4.6)%,FS(32.7 + 4.1)%,the systolic function parameters FS the detected value and the EF value is the function parameters of echocardiography and CMR two methods with the difference of the two test results with a statistical significance(P<0.05),so that the measured value of 3.OTCMR is EF,FS echocardiography results is high,matching t test results have significant difference.2.Echocardiography left ventricular diastolic function map measurement parameter Ea/Aa is 1.73 + 0.21,3.0T left ventricular diastolic function parameters of NMR measurements was 1.69 + 0.17,the systolic function parameters detected by PFR1/PFR2(Ea/Aa)is the ratio of echocardiography and CMR two method has the function of parameters,the difference can be seen the two test results do not have a statistical significance(P>0.05),further correlation detection of two kinds of examination,two left ventricular diastolic function parameters measured PFR1/PFR2(Ea/Aa)of r=0.806,P= 0,two check good correlation.Conclusion1.For people in general health,the values of the parameters of the left ventricular systolic function measured by CMR,FS and EF,are lower than those of the echocardiogram.There are certain differences in the values of FS and EF measured by M type echocardiography with CMR.2.For healthy people,the correlation between PFR1/PFR2 and Ea/Aa measured by two methods of tissue Doppler ultrasound is better than that of CMR,and there is no obvious difference between them.
