PurposeThe study explored the association between the gene polymorphism of rs1570360 site of the vascular endothelial growth factor and acute coronary syndrome.MethodsA total of 150 cases of acute coronary syndrome were diagnosed in the department of cardiology of Qingdao municipal hospital,with an average age(66.49 + 10.91),77 males and 73 females.Among them,64 cases were diagnosed with acute myocardial infarction.Take them into the acute myocardial infarction group,there were 86 cases diagnosed with unstable angina.Take them into unstable angina group.All the 150 cases named experimental group.The control group is the patients were not diagnosed with acute coronary syndrome,and the coronary angiography showed that there was no apparently stenosis,based on the percent of these factors such that annual,gender and previous medical history in the experimental group.Record some information like gender,age,height,weight,history of hypertension,diabetes and smoking history.Laboratory tests for cholesterol and triglyceride levels.Collected patients' venous blood and extracted DNA from it.OD values and agarose gel electrophoresis are detected,then transferred to the-20 ? storage after DNA quality inspection qualified for later use.Use TYPER4.0 software to obtain the original data and genotyping diagram by polymerase chain reaction amplification of DNA.Check the completeness and correctness of the data file.Save the results into the storage medium and submit to biological lab to analysis the base.Use SPSS23.0 software to calculate statistical analysis.The measurement data are expressed by means of the mean or plus standard deviation,and the counting data isexpressed as frequency.The parallel t-test between the two groups was compared.Use chi-square test to conduct the comparison of data rate between two groups.Use non-conditional logistic regression to calibrate the confounding factors.Calculate the odds ratio and 95% Confidence interval.Considering P<0.05 to be statistically significant.ResultsThere was no significant difference in gender,age,body mass index,smoking history,history of hypertension,with or without diabetes between experimental group and control group.However,the differences of the total cholesterol,triglycerides,high-density lipoprotein cholesterol and low-density lipoprotein cholesterol in the blood of the two groups were found in both two groups.There was no significant difference in gender,age,body mass index,smoking history,history of hypertension,with or without diabetes history between acute myocardial infarction group and control group.However,the differences of the lipid tests in the blood of the two groups were found in both two groups.The patients that carried GG genotype in the experimental group are higher than control group,and the difference has the statistical significance.Relative to genotype AA,patients in the experimental group with genotype GG increased the risk of developing acute coronary syndromes compared with controls.By further comparison of acute myocardial infarction group and control group,the GG genotype in group of acute myocardial infarction was significantly higher than that in control group,and the difference was statistically significant.Patients with a GG genotype in the group of acute myocardial infarction increased the risk of developing acute coronary syndromes over the control group relative to genotype AA.Non-conditional binary Logistic regression was used to correct risk factors,including total cholesterol,triglycerides,high-density lipoprotein cholesterol,low density lipoprotein cholesterol,and the results were obtained.rs1570360 mutation type,relative to the genotype of AA,the experimental group,and acute myocardial infarctiongroup carried in the allele for GG genotype than the control group still increased the risk of acute coronary syndrome.ConclusionThe gene polymorphism of the VEGF gene rs1570360 is an risk factor for the onset of acute coronary syndrome.Especially acute myocardial infarction.
