Time-effect Research Of Improved Long Snake Moxibustion In The Treatment Of Chronic Fatigue Syndrome With Spleen Kidney Yang Deficiency

ObjectiveEvaluation of different moxibustion quantity improvement of long snake moxibustion on the spleen and kidney Yang deficiency type influence the curative effect of chronic fatigue syndrome.MethodsThe study using the randomized controlled method,randomly assigns 66 cases of spleen and kidney Yang deficiency type of chronic fatigue syndrome patients to treatment group(33 cases)and control group(33 cases).Treatment group accept 90 min improved long snake moxibustion with conventional acupuncture and control group with 45 min improved long snake moxibustion and routine acupuncture,and all receive 6 times for a period of treatment,treatment of two period of treatment.We evaluate their condition changes by FSS?The spleen kidney Yang deficiency syndrome of TCM rating scale?SPHERE?SDS?HAMA?SF-36.For the data we use SPSS21.0 software for statistical analysis.Results1.The participants included 66 cases of clinical diagnosis standard of the subjects,.The treatment group(33 cases),control group(33 cases).Two groups of baseline in gender,age,course of the disease,before each scale scores into the treatment group has no significant difference(P>0.05).2.In the two groups before and after treatment,a month follow-up integral comparison:FSS:treatment group and control group all can reduce integral;But the treatment group after treatment 6 points is reduced,statistically significant difference(P<0.05);The control points lower after the treatment of 12 times,statistically significant difference(P<0.05);Treatment group after treatment 6,12 times after treatment and follow-up 1 month after treatment were significantly lower than the control group,a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).The spleen kidney Yang deficiency syndrome of TCM rating scale:the treatment group and control group all can lower the spleen kidney Yang deficiency syndrome of TCM rating scale score;But the spleen kidney Yang deficiency syndrome of traditional Chinese medicine treatment group rating scale score after treatment 6,12 times after treatment and follow-up 1 month after treatment were significantly lower than the control group,a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).SPHERE:the treatment group and control group were not significantly reduce integral SPHERE,but the SPHERE of headaches,arm and leg pain,waist pain,diarrhea or constipation,activity after five symptoms improved muscle fatigue,the treatment group after treatment 6 times to alleviate the above five symptoms;Control group after treatment of 12 times to alleviate the above five symptoms.SDS:the treatment group and the control group were not significantly reduced SDS score.HAMA:the treatment group and the control group were not significantly reduced HAMA score.SF-36:treatment group and control group were significantly increased physiological Function(Phsical Function,PF),life functions(Role-Phsical,RP),improve the patients'body Pain(Bodily Pain,BP),overall health(General Pain,GH)score,but the treatment group in the treatment of 12 times and followed up for 1 month of life functions(RP)and improve the patients' body Pain(BP)score higher than the control group obviously,statistically significant difference(P<0.05).3.We compare the scores of two groups before and after treatment,and a month follow-up time.FSS:treatment group and control group all reduce integral;But the score in treatment group reduced after 6 times of treatments,the control group got lower after the treatment of 12 times;The score of treatment group in 6,12 times of treatments and follow-up 1 month after treatment were significantly lower than the control group.The spleen kidney Yang deficiency syndrome of TCM rating scale:The treatment group and control group all can get lower scale score;But the treatment group rating scale score after 6,12 times treatments and follow-up 1 month after treatment were significantly lower than the control group.SPHERE:Although the treatment group and control group would not get significantly reduce integral in SPHERE,but the headaches,arm and leg pain,waist pain,diarrhea or constipation,muscle fatigue after activity 5 symptoms in the SPHERE get significantly improved.The treatment group after treatment 6 times reduces positive probability of the five symptoms above;And the control group after 12 times treatments.HAMA:treatment group and control group were not significantly reduce HAMA integral.SF-36:The treatment group and control group significantly improved PF,RP,BP,GH scores,but in the treatment group after 12 times of treatments and followed up for 1 month the RP and BP score got higher than the control group obviously.Conclusion:1 Efficacy:improved snake moxibustion combined with routine acupuncture therapy can effectively improve the patient's symptoms of fatigue and spleen kidney yang deficiency syndrome symptoms,and the effect can be sustained after treatment for 1 months;no advantage in the treatment of anxiety,but later can relieve headaches,arm and leg pain,waist pain,diarrhea or constipation,activity five muscle fatigue symptoms;no advantage in improving depression and overall quality of life,but in improving patients' physical function(PF),(RP)function and improve the patient body pain(BP),general health(GH)has advantages.2 Timeliness:for the above symptoms,improved 90min snake moxibustion combined with routine acupuncture is more effective than 45min modified snake moxibustion combined with conventional acupuncture.
