Objective First,by solar terms of admission, the clinical data of patients with acute pancreatitis were retrospectively analyzed.24 solar terms of acute pancreatitis frequency in count for analysis of high and concentration of throttle by circular distribution statistics, providing scientific basis for disease prevention and resource allocation controlled.Second, the circular distribution statistics method was used to analyze the occurrence time of acute pancreatitis with different etiologies and severity, providing basis for prevention and treatment of acute pancreatitis.Third, analyzed the death throttle rule of acute pancreatitis patients to find out its high incidence time, and combined traditional chinese medicine theory to provide experience for the concept of "preventive treatment of disease".Methods The patients who diagnosed as acute pancreatitis were selected as the research subjects in the First Affiliated Hospital of Dalian Medical University in February 4,2005(the day of LiChun)-February 3,2014(one day before LiChun). Each patient recorded his name, hospitalization number, sex, age, discharge diagnosis, admission date, discharge / death date, chief complaint, pathogenic factor and severity.According to the chief complaint and the date of hospitalization, the onset of solar terms was determined, and the death throttle was determined according to the course of the disease, and the peak solar term of the onset / death were determined by the circular distribution method. Results 2321 cases of acute pancreatitis were included in the standard. The mean age was(52.7±18.9)years old,the death toll was 65 with the mean age of(52.7±18.9)years old.Through the frequency found that the incidence of acute pancreatitis was up to 116 cases in XiaoShu solar term, accounting for 4.998% of the total cases of disease.Among them, the number of mild acute pancreatitis in the incidence of up to 82 cases in QiuFen solar term, accounting for 5.193% of the total incidence. The incidence of moderately severe acute pancreatitis was up to 45 cases in XiaoShu,accounting for 7.705%;The incidence of severe acute pancreatitis was up to 15 cases in DaShu and DaHan,accounting for 9.494%.The number of Acute biliary pancreatitis was 27 cases with the highest proportion of 6.095% in QiuFen.Alcoholic acute pancreatitis was up to 13 cases in LiQiu,accounting for 7.345%.The death toll of severe acute pancreatitis was up to 6 cases in DaHan,accounting for 9.231%.Through circular distribution statistical analysis, there existed centrality in the solar term regularity of the onset time of acute pancreatitis, the peak incidence was Chun Fen solar term, and the relative peak period was ShuangJiang to ChuShu.For different severity and different etiologies of acute pancreatitis, mild, moderate and acute biliary pancreatitis had the peak incidence of solar term,YuShui,XiaoMan and Xiao Shu,the relative peak duration lasted long;acute alcoholic pancreatitis has no peak incidence.Severe acute pancreatitis has the death peak with DaXue solar term but no peak incidence, the relative peak period of death was ChuShu to ChunFen.Conclusion Although acute pancreatitis was not a seasonal epidemic, there was high correlation with the twenty-four solar terms,it was not only concentrated in the overall incidence of solar term, different severity and pathogeny, even in the time of death rate of acute pancreatitis has the peak incidence of solar term.It was suggested that based on the prevention of acute onset of acute pancreatitis,we should take specific diagnosis and treatment plan according to different conditions and high incidence of solar terms,so as to achieve the goal of "prevention, differentiation and treatment with observing the time changing".
