Objective:The purpose of this study is to compare the improvement of umbilical cord milking and immediately cord clamping on gestational age ?32 weeks premature infants, and the clinical effectiveness and safety of umbilical cord milking. Methods:Using "umbilical cord milking","immediately cord clamping","premature infants" as key words, retrieving all literatures from Pubmed ?Cochrane Library?CNKI?Wanfang database.Stata 12.0 software was used for Meta—analysis, the results were described with relative risk(RR),standardized mean difference(SMD)and 95% confidence interval. The heterogeneity and sensitivity of the included literature were also analyzed. Results:A total of 333 premature infants were analyzed in the 6 literatures included in the study(n=168 in the umbilical cord milking group and n=165 in the immediately cord clamping group.Compared with immediately cord clamping group, umbilical cord milking group can significantly improve hemoglobin, hematocrit, systolic blood pressure and diastolic blood pressure of premature infants, and reduce the risk of blood transfusion, intraventricular hemorrhage(P<0.05),but there is no statistical significance effect on the adverse outcomes such as Maximum serum bilirubin, the time of phototherapy and necrotizing enterocolitis. Conclusion:Compared with immediately cord clamping group, umbilical cord milking can improve the benign outcome of gestational age ?32 weeks premature infants without increasing the risk of adverse outcomes.
