| Objective:Skin allergy means subject to the application of the classic model of HSP rat animal model,explore the effective parts of Qi Yuan granule(Group)effect and mechanism of treatment of allergic purpura,the Qi Yuan particles more widely used and provides theoretical and practical basis and clinical.If Qi Yuan particle effective parts(Group)of new drugs can be developed successfully,will further enhance the original clinical efficacy,for more patients to bring the gospel,promotion prospects are very broad.Method:Totally 80 male SD rats of clean grade,weight of 180±20g,aged 6 weeks.In a clean class animal room,the indoor temperature is maintained at(22±1)C,and the relative humidity is maintained(46±5)%.To feed a week later,on 80 SD rats were randomly divided into 8 groups,namely the normal group,model group,positive control group(hereinafter referred to as the cimetidine group,positive group),Yuan Qi granule group,volatile oil group,polysaccharide and protein,saponin group,flavonoids group group,10 rats in each group,each group before the experiment,free drinking water feeding.In addition to the normal group,the other groups were made model.With ginger,pepper,long pepper with 1: 1: 1 ratio in the constant temperature of 60 DEG ? water bath condensed into 12.5% /mL water solution,the 4?refrigerator storage backup.The animal experiment to adapt OVA1 mg + Aluminium Hydroxide Gel 0.5mL + 800 ngLPS only induced allergic reaction.The normal group was treated with equal physiological saline.In allergized rats one week after treatment group respectively with Qi Yuan particles concentrated medicine(Astragalus 30 g,Xuanshen Decoction 20 g,angelica 15 g,honeysuckle 15 g,Rhizoma imperatae 9g,licorice 6g),polysaccharide and protein,total flavonoids,total saponins,total volatile oil by gavage,2ml/,1 /d,positive group with equalcimetidine treatment,for 14 consecutive days.The rat serum and urine protein pathological indicators to verify the model,the body weight of rats during the statistical and general behavior,after the intraperitoneal injection of 10% chloral hydrate anesthesia,abdominal aortic blood routine,centrifugal serum preparation to the standby-80 low temperature refrigerator,remove the kidney,with saline rinse clean and placed in formaldehyde fixed alternate in.After the preparation of samples,the ELISA technique the model group were abnormal,which indicated that the model of the anaphylactoid purpura was good and could be used as an animal model.The volatile oil,polysaccharide,protein,saponin,flavone and so on can effectively regulate and control the biochemical indexes,and can effectively treat and treat allergic purpura.(2)ELISA results:?The normal group rats serum CIC concentration was lowest,the concentration of serum CIC in the rats of model group was highest,the difference was significantly(P<0.05);positive group,Qi Yuan granule group,polysaccharide and protein group,flavonoids group,saponin group,volatile oil group rats serum CIC concentration compared with the model group had obvious difference(P<0.05).Shows good therapeutic effect.The comparison between each treatment group,positive group and Qi tuple comparison,there were not obvious difference(P>0.05),and the difference between the positive group and Qi tuples with the other treatment groups significantly(P<0.05),but no significant difference compared with the normal group(P>0.05),shows the best effect of tuples in the positive group and treatment group compared with the polysaccharide;the other treatment groups had obvious difference(P<0.05);flavone group and other treatment group had obvious difference(P<0.05);comparison of volatile oil group and other treatment groups differed significantly(P<0.05),but no significant difference compared with the saponingroup(P>0.05),shows that volatile oil group and ginsenoside treatment level is relatively flat;and comparison of saponins the other treatment groups had obvious difference(P<0.05),but compared with the volatile oil group was not significantly different(P>0.05),indicating that the treatment effect
