Clinical Study Of Differentiation And Treatment Of Traditional Chinese Medicine On Optic Atrophy

Objective : In this study,the patients with optic atrophy were selected as the research object.Based on the theory of traditional Chinese medicine,the changes of visual acuity,visual field and visual evoked potential were observed before and after treatment of TCM and acupuncture combined with traditional Chinese medicine.Methods : Selection in September 2014-October 2016 in shanxi college of traditional Chinese medicine hospital outpatient clinic and diagnosed with optic atrophy as research object,the treatment group,64 cases of patients with a total of 93 eyes,the aged(16-82).According to the patient's condition is divided into four syndromes,followed by:deficiency of Oi and blood syndrome,16 cases(23 eyes),liver and kidney deficiency syndrome in 20 cases(31 eyes,Yin deficiency with excess heat syndrome of 17 cases of fire 24 eye,liver depression and qi stagnation syndrome,11 cases(15 eyes,respectively to Bazhentang(to replensh and enrich the blood),Zuoguiyin(to tonicing kidney Yin),Zhibaidihuangtang(to nourish yin and lessen fire),Danzhixiaoyaosan(relief liver for smooth Qi).The comparison group patients were treated with medicine,Mecobalamin Capsules.Comparison between the two groups and the differences between groups before and after treatment of perspective.Compared before and after treatment and the curative effect of different period of vision and visual evoked potential,and to show the efficiency and effectiveness evaluation.Results:1.In terms of vision,a more significant increase in the treatment group patients vision(P < 0.05);2.The effect in the field of vision,the treatment group is better than the control group(P < 0.05),of which the average sensitivity significantly increased,the average missing value reduced obviously;3.In terms of visual evoked potential(the VEP),treatment group patients before and after the treatment of P-the VEP results show that the P100 wave increase significantly,snorkeling shortened(P < 0.05);4.According to the patients divided into treatment and treatment for 3 months,2 months,according to the results of treatment time for 3months curative effect is superior to treatment time is 2 months of patients(P < 0.05).Conclusion: In patients with good intraocular pressure control(< 21 MMHG),optic atrophy patients treated with TCM syndrome differentiation,can effectively improve patients' eyesight,vision,shorten P-the VEP snorkeling,obviously better than pure western medicine a cobalt amine capsule treatment of the control group,and significant difference before and after the treatment,suggesting that the treatment has to protect and enhance the role of visual function in patients with.And adhere to the treatment of patients with a 3 months clinical curative effect is more significant.
