Objective:To explore the changes of pulmonary function in patients with bronchial tuberculosis after interventional treatment with fiberoptic bronchoscope. Methods:According to the screening conditions,60 patients with bronchial tuberculosis from January 2015 to September 2017 in A level III hospital were randomly divided into ulcerative necrosis group(A group)and scar-stenosis group(B group)according to pathological types under fiberoptic bronchoscopy.According to whether the interventional treatment of fiberoptic bronchoscopy, the scar-stenosis components were interventional treatment group(A1 group)and non-invasive treatment group(A2 group). The ulcer necrosis component was interventional treatment group(B1 group)and non-invasive treatment group.(B2 group),a total of 4 groups,15 cases in each group. Before treatment,4 patients were routinely performed pulmonary function tests.Group A1 was based on systemic anti-tuberculosis drug chemotherapy, combined with balloon bronchoscopic balloon dilatation, group A2 was treated with systemic anti-tuberculosis drug chemotherapy alone, and group B1 was in the whole body.On the basis of anti-tuberculosis drug chemotherapy, local anti-tuberculosis drugs were injected with fiberoptic bronchoscopy.Group B2 was treated with pure systemic anti-tuberculosis drugs. After 3 months of treatment, lung function was measured in both groups. The main indicators include the maximum mid-expiratory flow(MMEFV)in pulmonary ventilation test, the instantaneous flow of forced expiratory 75%vital capacity(MEF75A),the instantaneous flow of forced expiratory 50%vital capacity(MEF50),the instantaneous flow of forced expiratory vital capacity(25%VVF),and the instant flow of forced expiratory vital capacity(MEF25).Second forced expiratory volume(FEV1),1 second rate(FEV1/FVC),maximum expiratory flow(PEFV),forced vital capacity(FVC).SPSS 19.0 software was used for statistical analysis.Results:1.There was no significant difference in age, height and weight between group A1 and group A2(P>0.05).There was no significant difference between group B1 and group B2 in age, height and weight(P>0.05).2.The levels of FEV1,FEV1/FVC,FVC and PEF were significantly increased in the A1 group before and after treatment(P<0.05).The difference was statistically significant;the levels of FVC,FEV1,FEV1/FVC,and PEF in the A2 group before and after treatment were compared. There was no significant change(P>0.05).The difference was not statistically significant. The levels of FVC,FEV1,FEV1/FVC,and PEF before treatment in the A1 group and the A2 group were compared,(P>0.05),and the difference was not statistically significant. The levels of FEV1,FEV1/FVC and PEF were significantly higher in the A1 group and the A2 group after treatment(P<0.05),and the difference was statistically significant.3.The levels of FEV1,FEV1/FVC,PEF and FVC were not significantly changed in the B1 group before and after treatment(P>0.05).The difference was not statistically significant;in the B2 group before and after treatment, the levels of FEV1,FEVl/FVC,PEF,FVC were not Significant changes(P>0.05),the difference was not statistically significant;B1 group and B2 group before treatment FEV1,FEV1/FVC,PEF,FVC levels,(P>0.05),the difference was not statistically significant. There was no significant change in the levels of FEV1,FEV1/FVC,PEF and FVC after B1 and B2 treatment(P>0.05).The difference was not statistically significant.Conclusion:1.Patients with scar stenosis combined with systemic anti-tuberculosis drug chemotherapy combined with balloon bronchoscopic balloon dilatation, forced expiratory volume for the first second(FEV1),one-second rate(FEV1/FVC)and maximum exhalation The flow(PEF)level can be significantly improved.2.Patients with ulcerative necrosis based on systemic anti-tuberculosis drug chemotherapy combined with fiberoptic bronchoscopy local anti-tuberculosis drug injection treatment, forced vital capacity(FVC),first-second forced expiratory volume(FEV1),one-second rate(FEV1)There was no significant change in the level of/FVC and PEF.
