The Research On The Regulation Of Clinical Drug For The Treatment Of Renal Hematuria By Professor Song Liqun

Objective:Using statistical tools, we analysis of the characteristics of Professor Song Liqun’s prescriptions, sum up the law of their medica tions and mine the insights of the unique characteristics to provide a th eoretical basis for clinical prevention and treatment of renal hematuria.Methods:Through the collation of Professor Song Liqun nearly 5 years of outpatient medical records and the use of statistical software SPSS of the frequency analysis and clustering analysis and STATA statistical software of the ordinary least squares method, we analysis 300 prescriptions of Professor Song Liqun, a total of 185 kinds of drugs.Result:According to the frequency analysis, we conclude 19 kinds of core drugs, namely:Cacumen Platycladi, garden burnet charcoal, coke operation, carbonized Cirsium japonicum, Herba Cirsii Carbonisatus, char, Rehmannia charcoal, fried hawthorn, malt, medicated leaven fried, charred Cortex Eucommiae, palmy charcoal, Poria, Radix Codonopsis, Radix Astragali, nodus Nelumbinis Rhizomatis, Fructus Arctii, glossy privet fruit, licorice; four airs is given priority to Wen and Ping; The main taste is dry and bitter; Main channels is the liver spleen and stomach; main drug classes are medicine with tonic, hemostatic medicine and antipyretic medications dominated. We conclude 7 medicine combination and 12 groups of drug prescription of Professor Song Liqun in treatment of renal hematuria and the relationship between the prescription charcoal drugs and sex of the patients and laboratory examination by statistics. Combined to BLD (+), Charcoal drugs number increases significantly for BLD (++) and BLD (++ +), however, between BLD (++) and BLD (+++) the number have no differences.To proteinuria patients the number decreases significantly; Charcoal drugs number on the sex of the patients gets no significant difference.Conclusion:1.the core drugs in treatment of renal hematuria are Sijunzi Decoction and carbon drugs; four airs is given priority to Wen and Ping; The main taste is dry and bitter; Main channels is the liver spleen and stomach; main drug classes are medicine with tonic, hemostatic medicine and antipyretic medications dominated.2.The prescription characteristics is:tonifying the spleen and kidney, liver and kidney homology, depending on the supporting; diuresis, clearing heat and cooling blood, depending on the evil;the use of charcoal, astringing were both.
