Clinical Research On Regulation Of Medicines For The Treatment Of Urinary Tract Infection By Professor Song Liqun

Objective:By using SPSS 19.0 statistical software for the treatment of urinary tract infections Professor Song Liqun Chinese Herbs analyzed to obtain prescription drug laws, then study and conclud his treatment of urinary tract infections in clinical medicine experience.Methods:Collected from January 2012 to February 2016 in the First Affiliated Hospital of Heilongjiang University of Chinese Medicine Nephrology patient records by Professor Song Liqun outpatient diagnosis and treatment of urinary tract infections.Count the cases included in traditional Chinese medicine prescription statistics.By Using the database software, SPSS 19.0 software to frequency analysis and cluster analysis the prescription included in, so as to explore drug law professor Song Liqun treatment of urinary tract infections.Results:According to Case inclusion and exclusion standard, we get included 300 cases. Using 196 drugs in total, The total using frequency is 5323.The Proportion of 35 herbal medicine which the using frequency is more than 40 times is 76.57%. The core drugs of treating urinary tract infections are:Astragalus, deep-fried Atractylodes macrocephala Koidz, Sculellaria barbata, Herba Hedyotis, hawthorn, medicated leaven, malt, Smilax officinalis, Codonopsis pilosula, dandelion, liquorice, Polygonum aviculare,fringed pink, rhizoma imperatae and pyrrosia lingua. Herbs potency focus on flat and cold. Smell of drugs focus on sweet and bitter. According to the frequency of medication, the most common drugs meridian is the spleen, stomach, liver, lung, kidney. According to the result of cluster analysis, we get 13 drug combination commonly used.conclusion:1.Core drugs of Professor Song Liqun using to treat urinary tract infections are:Astragalus, deep-fried Atractylodes macrocephala Koidz, Sculellaria barbata, Herba Hedyotis, hawthorn, medicated leaven, malt, Smilax officinalis, Codonopsis pilosula, dandelion, liquorice, Polygonum aviculare,fringed pink, rhizoma imperatae and pyrrosia lingua.2.According to Song Liqun using to treat urinary tract infections,herbs potency focus on flat and cold, smell of drugs focus on sweet and bitter,the most common drugs meridian is the spleen, stomach, liver.3. Professor Song Liqun treat urinary tract infections focus on tonic drugs, heat-clearing drug, digestant drug, diuretics for eliminating dampness,anastaltic drugs, blood circulation drugs.And the diagnosis and treatment are based on an overall analysis of the disease and the patient's condition.4. After the cluster analysis results, we get 13 drug combination commonly used.5.
