Clinical Observation On Treatment Of Vitiligo In Spleen-kidney Yang Deficiency With Hui Feng Bolus

Objective:The clinical curative effect of traditional Chinese medicine through clinical trials to observe Hui Feng Bolus in the treatment of spleen-kidney yang deficiency of vitiligo.Methods:The 60 patients who were admitted to the dermatology department between February 2017 and November 2017 were randomly divided into two groups,each with 30 cases.Each group was given Hui Feng Bolus orally,one pill one time,three times a day,as the treatment group,and the other group was given Fu Fang Ban Qiu Jiu Ju Bolus orally,one time twenty pills,three times a day.The control group was the control group.After 8 weeks of continuous treatment,the VASI,traditional Chinese medicine symptom score and curative effect were observed.The data were statistically analyzed by SPSS19.0 software.Results:1.After 8 weeks of treatment,there was a significant difference between the two groups of the VASI and traditional Chinese medicine symptom score(P<0.05).2.After 8 weeks of treatment,the symptoms of traditional Chinese medicine in the two groups were obviously improved,the curative effect of traditional Chinese medicine symptom syndrome was evaluated,the effective rate of the treatment group was 80%and the control group was 55.17%,with significant difference(P<0.05).3.After 8 weeks of treatment,the clinical efficacy of the two groups was evaluated,with the improvement of the VASI score as the standard,the effective rate of the treatment group was 63.33%,the control rate was 83.33%,the control group was 34.48%and the control rate was 68.97%,with significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion:compared with the compound anthelmintic pill group,the former is superior to the latter in reducing the VASI score and traditional Chinese medicine syndrome score,and has a better clinical effect.
