The Investigation Of Clinical Curative Efficacy On Treating Ankylosing Spondylitis (AS) By Warming Kidney And Unblocking Du Channel

Objective: To study the clinical contrast observation the clinical curative effect,including general VAS,BASFI,the distance of pillow-wall and finger-floor,inflammatory biomarkers,TCM symptoms integral,the study is according with theory of the theory of Chinese medicine(TCM).And the study is to evaluate the effectiveness and safety of warming kidney and unblocking Du channel for treating ankylosing spondylitis(AS).We hope that the study can provide a theoretical basis for the treatment of the AS.Method: Outpatient and ward were selected from April 2015 to March 2016 in Henan province Chinese Medicine Hospital rheumatism bone disease.Divided all patients into treatment group and control group,the treatment group given oral Warming kidney and unblocking Du with Du moxibusion treatment,the control group was given salicylazosulfapyridine tablets plus diclofenac sodium sustained release tablets in the treatment of 4 weeks for course of treatment,were observed 12 weeks.Result: After 12 weeks of treatment,the total effective of treatment group was 93.3%,was slightly better than the control group 90%.Warming kidney and unblocking Du channel can obviously relieve the patient's symptoms,reduce the general VAS,BASFI,and the distance of pillow-wall and finger-floor,erythrocyte sedimentation rate,C-reactive protein and TCM symptoms integral,especially for patients to distance,occiput to wall distance,TCM syndrome score have significant difference,treatment group was better than control group.During treatment,two groups of patients was no allergic phenomenon,but the control group had 2 cases with nausea,vomiting,diarrhea and inappetence etc,disappeared after symptomatic treatment,no impact on treatment.After treatment,the treatment group did not appear routine blood and urine tests,hepatorenal damage,the control group had 3 cases with liver dysfunction.Conclusion: Warming kidney and unblocking Du channel to treat the AS kidney-deficiency and Du-cold type in alleviating symptoms,reducing inflammation,improving TCM symptoms integral effect etc,the function mechanism may be correlated with analgesia,anti-inflammations and immunity enhancement,its security is good,is worth further research.
