Observation On Curative Effect Of Tao Ren Hong Hua Jian On Paroxysmal Atrial Fibrillation(Heart Pulse Stasis Type)

Objective:Purpose to observe the effect of the amount of Tao Ren Hong Hua Jian brew on paroxysmal atrial fibrillation(heart pulse stasis type),and to provide PAF patients with new treatment method to alleviate their pain and raise living quality.Methods:Selecting 50 outpatients from March 2017 to February 2018 and randomly divide them into treatment group(25 cases)and control group(25 cases).The control group receive basic treatment while the treatment group are given proper amounts of Tao Ren Hong Hua Jian on the basis of the basic treatment for 4 weeks.Observe whether atrial fibrillation attacks among patients of the two groups,the efficacy of TCM syndrome,dynamic electrocardiogram,etc.Comprehensively assess the efficacy through analysis of statistics.Results:1.The overall of TCM syndromes:(P<0.01)in the two groups,but after treatment(P<0.05).The efficacy of treatment group is better than that of the control group.2.The efficacy of TCM syndromes:(P<0.01)of patients of the internal treatment group,(P<0.05)of patients in the internal control group,after treatment(P<0.05)compared with each other,which indicates the cfficacy for the treatment group is superior that for the control group.3.Atrial fibrillation attack times and ventricular rate changes:SDNN(P<0.01)in the internal groups,(P<0.01)in the internal treatment group,after treatment(P<0.05)compared between differentgroups which indicates that the efficacy for treatment group is superior to that for the control group.4.P wave dispersion and duration of atrial fibrillation attack:(P<0.01)in the internal treatment group,(P<0.01)in the internal control group,after treatment,(P<0.05)compared between different groups which indicates the efficacy for treatment group is superior to that for the control group.Conclusion:1.The proper amount of Tao Ren Hong Hua Jian combimed with basic treatment can decreace the various scores of TCM syndromes for patients,indicating TCM can improve clinical symptoms and thus improve life quality of patients.2.The proper amount of Tao Ren Hong Hua Jian combimed with basic treatment can decreace atrial fibrillation attack frequency and duration of continuous attack and reduce the ventricular rate,showing TCM contributes to adjusting ventricular rate and improving hemodynamics.3.The proper amount of Tao Ren Hong Hua Jian combimed with basic treatment can decreace heart rate variability SDNN for 24 hours,indicating that it has a certain regulatory effect on the cardiac automatic nervous system.
