Analysis Of The Status And Influencing Factors Of Early Rehabilitation After Total Hip Replacement In Changshu City

Objective:The study was conducted to investigate the status of early rehabilitation after total hip arthroplasty in Changshu city.To discuss which factors that affecting early rehabilitation of patients who suffered total hip arthroplasty,In order to improve the overall understanding of the early rehabilitation after total hip arthroplasty by clinical doctors and nurses.Also provide the basis for early rehabilitation strategy of patients after total hip arthroplasty.And finally promote the early recovery of the patients.Method:According to the general principle of investigation and research,we had investigated the early postoperative hip joint function,activities of daily living,mental state,social support level,demography and disease related condition of 160 cases of total hip arthroplasty in a hospital of Changshu city.A single factor analysis of variance,correlation analysis and multiple stepwise regression were used to analyze the factors affecting the early rehabilitation after total hip arthroplasty.Results:(1)The score of early hip joint function in patients with total hip arthroplasty was64.20+9.63.The overall level is at a poor level,Lower than the level of domestic literature.The results showed that functional exercise content,days after first ambulation,Visual Analogue Scale(VAS)pain score,anxiety and depression were the influencing factors of hip function in patients with total hip arthroplasty.(2)The score of early daily living ability in patients with total hip arthroplasty was70.31 ± 11.31,and it was in mild dysfunction,Lower than the level of foreign literature.The results showed that functional exercise time,days after first ambulation,VAS pain score,anxiety and depression were the influencing factors of early activities of daily living in patients undergoing total hip arthroplasty.Conclusion:The early rehabilitation level of patients after total hip arthroplasty in Changshu city is not ideal.VAS pain score,time of first ambulation,functional exercise content and time,anxiety and depression are the main factors that affect early rehabilitation of patients after total hip arthroplasty.
