Research On The Intolerance And TCM Syndrome Types Of Eczema

[Objectives]:According to the questionnaires to 200 Eczema patients and their MORA intolerance test,we can preliminarily statistic and analysis the intolerance and TCM syndrome type of eczema.By studying the correlation between the intolerance and TCM syndrome type,it provides the theoretical basis for the prevention of eczema and the TCM treatment for eczema.[Respondents]:200 patients were investigated in dermatological outpatients in the Jiangsu Province TCM Hospital,from May 2017 to January 2018.A11 patients were in accordance with the criteria for eczema.[Method]:Design the TCM syndrome type questionnaire for eczema according to the theory of dermatology in traditional Chinese Medicine.All the patients should fill in the questionnaire and accept the intolerance test by our medical personnel at the same time.I will collect the data of all the patients.[Results]:200 patients were enrolled;gender ratio is 2.70:1.The age of eczema patients are widely distributed,most patients between the ages of 18-50,accounting for 70%.The course of the disease accounted for 32%within 1 month.The course of eczema within 1 months accounted for 32%,1 months to half a year accounting for25.5%,and more than half a year accounted for 42.5%.Eczema patients preferring spicy food accounted 39.5%and preferring greasy sweet food accounted for 14%.In the distribution of TCM syndrome type,the spleen deficiency and damp accumulation syndrome was the most(42.5%),followed by wind heat syndrome(23%),damp heat syndrome(20.5%)and blood deficiency wind dryness syndrome(14%).Among the 200 Eczema patients,the positive rates of the top ten intolerance groups were major allergens,seafood,mites and insect,pollens,beverages,heavy metals,environmental chemicals,spices and herbs,disinfection and conservation substances,animal.The top ten intolerances were dust mites,house dust,white wine,milk,cigarettes,mixed flower pollen,rye,mercury and prawns.Food intolerance test was positive in 162 cases(81%),inhaled intolerance test was positive in 118 cases(59%),contact intolerance test was positive in 155 cases(77.5%).Among the wind heat syndrome eczema patients,the positive rates of the top five allergen groups were major allergens,mites and insect,seafood,environmental chemicals,heavy metals.The top five intolerances were dust mites,house dust,mussels,white wine and latex.Among the damp heat syndrome eczema patients,the positive rates of the top five intolerance groups were major allergens,seafood,mites and insect,pollens,moulds,heavy metals.The top five intolerances were dust mites,histamine,house dust,mixed flower pollen,mussels.Among the spleen deficiency and damp accumulation syndrome eczema patients,the positive rates of the top five intolerance groups were major allergens,seafood,mites and insect,beverages,spices and herbs.The top five intolerances were dust mites,house dust,milk,white wine,mussels,rye and cigarettes.Among the blood deficiency wind dryness syndrome eczema patients,the positive rates of the top five intolerance groups were major allergens,mites and insect,seafood,pollens,environmental chemicals.The top five intolerances were dust mites,cigarettes,mixed flower pollen,milk,white wine,latex,mugwort,house dust.Using chi square test checking all data,the results showed that age influence the distribution of TCM syndrome types(P<0.01).Less than 18 years old group was more common with spleen deficiency and damp accumulation syndrome.The incidence of spleen deficiency and damp accumulation syndrome,wind heat syndrome and dampness heat syndrome were similar in the 18-50 years old group.Over 50 years old group was common with spleen deficiency and damp accumulation syndrome,blood deficiency and wind dryness syndrome.The course of the disease also influence the distribution of TCM syndrome types(P<0.01).When the course is within 1 months,wind heat syndrome and damp heat syndrome are more common.The course is within 1 month to half a year,the syndrome of spleen deficiency and damp accumulation and damp heat are more common.The course is more than half a year,deficiency and damp accumulation syndrome,blood deficiency and wind dryness syndrome are more common.The results showed gender and food preference have no significant effect on the distribution of TCM syndrome types(P>0.05).TCM syndrome type has no significant effect on the distribution of intolerance(P>0.05).[Conclusion]:Dust mites and house dust are one of the most common intolerances in eczema.Intolerance test can provide a reference for the prevention and therapy of the eczema.The distribution of TCM syndrome type in eczema clewed some features,most of which is the spleen deficiency and damp accumulation syndrome.The syndrome type is also influenced by the difference of age and course of disease.
