| Objective: Based on narrow-band imaging(Narrow band imaging,NBI)to assess the diagnostic value of endoscopic technique for colon polyp diseases,explore to beg for NBI endoscopy technology under the microscopic imaging features of colon polyps,pathological properties and relations,the tongue diagnosis in traditional Chinese medicine diagnosis and treatment provide a reference basis for colon polyps.Methods: Collected from January 2017 to January 2018 in our hospital met inclusion criteria and exclusion criteria for clinical study of 100 patients with colon polyps,fill in information of clinical investigation record record patients’ general information,polyps in NBI endoscopic imaging characteristics,the polyp pathological properties and materials including tongue diagnosis in traditional Chinese medicine,the paper summarizes the data to establish database,using SPSS17.0 statistical software for statistical analysis,to explore colon polyps NBI imaging features and pathological properties and the relationship of tongue diagnosis in traditional Chinese medicine.Results :(1)There were more male than female patients with polyp,and the peak of onset was between 50 and 59 years old.Colon polyps are mostly seen in the sigmoid colon,followed by the rectum,which in turn are transverse colon,ascending colon,descending colon,and blindness.(2)There was no significant correlation between the pathological nature of polyp and the site of the disease(P BBB 0.05);There were statistically significant differences between different age groups(P<0.05),in which the middle aged group was mostly seen with adenomatous polyps,and the young group was mostly seen with inflammatory polyps.The difference in the size of polyps was statistically significant(P<0.05).Polyps with diameters greater than 0.5cm were found in adenomas,and the diameter of inflammatory polyps was less than 0.5cm.Yamada parting with polyps form differences statistically significant(P<0.05),the adenomatous polyp than in yamada Ⅲ type,type IV;The difference between the adenomatous polyp(P<0.05)was statistically significant(P<0.05),and adenomatous polyp was found in Pit-III and pit-iv.Inflammatory polyp and hyperplastic polyps were found in Pit-I and Pit-II.(3)of tongue diagnosis in traditional Chinese medicine,the distribution of tongue color order from more to less is light white tongue > purple tongue reddish tongue red tongue,purple tongue in there was no difference in the distribution of male and female(P<0.05),and in different age groups statistically significant difference(P<0.05);Tongue coating distribution order from more to less is Bai Hou greasy moss > Huang Hou greasy moss thin yellow moss thin white moss>no moss,men and women in the distribution of undifferentiated(P>0.05),and in different age paragraph the difference statistically significant((P<0.05).(4)There was no statistically significant difference between the tongue diagnosis of polyps and the incidence of polyps in large intestine(P>0.05).(5)The differences in tongue color and pathological properties of the patients with large intestine polyps were statistically significant(P<0.05),so it could be considered that the pathological nature was different from that of the patient’s tongue color.There was a statistical significance(P<0.05)between the tongue coating and pathological properties of the patients with large intestine polyp(P<0.05).(6)There was a statistical significance(P<0.05)between the tongue color of the polyp and the opening of the gland tube,so it could be recognized that the tongue color of the patient was different from that of the polyp gland.The difference between the tongue coating and the opening of the gland tube was statistically significant(P<0.05),so it can be concluded that there is a difference between the opening of the gland and the tongue.(7)In the case of holographic tongue diagnosis,the tongue state is from more than one to a few,and there is no puncture marks on > teeth mark >.The color of the tongue is white >,red >,purple >and red >.The coating of the tongue is more than one in order.The mossy color is white > yellow > black.Conclusion:(1)The colon polyps in patients with tongue and pathological nature of traditional Chinese medicine has a certain relevance,which associated with tubular adenoma,pale tongue blue tongue is associated with a villous adenoma,inflammatory polyp and hyperplastic polyp associated with crimson tongue,red tongue;It is associated with tubular adenoma,tubular villous adenoma,thin yellow liverwort,yellow and thick liverwort,and polyp and inflammatory polyp.(2)Colon polyps in patients with TCM tongue has certain correlation with the opening of the gland,the crimson tongue associated with pit-Ⅰ,red tongue with pit-Ⅱ related,pale tongue,associated with the pit-Ⅲ blue tongue pit-Ⅳ related;Bai Hou greasy moss and pit-Ⅲ,pit-Ⅳ related.(3)There is no correlation between the tongue image of Chinese traditional Chinese medicine and polyp and polyp.(4)The TCM pathogenesis of patients with polyp from Chinese medicine tongue and holographic tongue is related to deficiency,dampness,phlegm,heat and blood stasis. |
