Objective: Rehabilitation training for patients undergoing anterior cruciate ligament reconstruction is performed using the concept of fast track Surgery.Knee joint function is assessed by comparing traditional rehabilitation methods. It provides theoretical support and action guidance for the early resumption of function recovery of patients undergoing anterior cruciate ligament reconstruction. Methods: Select the orthopedic department of the First Affiliated Hospital of Guangxi Traditional Chinese Medicine University October 2015-June 2017 by MRI and physical examination clear, excluding patients with fracture and immune system diseases, surgical indications, arthroscopic anterior cruciate ligament Reconstructive surgery in 60 patients, the surgeon are senior physicians in the same group, using the ipsilateral hamstring and one-third of the ipsilateral semitendinosus, gracilis tendon and tibial longus tendon were woven into a single bundle to be used as a single-bundle reconstruction of a transplanted tendon.,the use of absorbed crossover screws fixation Femur,Absorbable interface screw fixation of the tibia.Sixty patients were divided into fast track group(n = 30)and traditional rehabilitation group(n = 30)using random sampling method. All patients were discharged within one week after operation. All patients were given effective follow-up and rehabilitation guidance. After 2 days,2 weeks,4 weeks,8 weeks and 12 weeks after operation, the patients were observed and followed up.ROM,Lysholm score,IKDC score and VAS score and other indicators of evaluation of patients.Postoperative follow-up physical examination and imaging examination to rule out ligament laxity and fracture and bone expansion or nonunion, confirm the operation did not fail. The results using SPSS21.0 software using statistical methods for analysis, measurement data using mean ± standard deviation,t-test between groups,chi-square test,P <0.01 statistically significant. Results: There was no significant difference between the two groups before operation(P> 0.05).During the follow-up,functional training was actively guided. All patients underwent first-class healing at the first incision, and sutured at two weeks. All patients had no loose ligaments, unstable internal fixation and infection, and no adverse events occurred. The follow-up results at the first 8 weeks postoperatively indicated that all patients were able to fully extend the knee, and in the ROM,the rapid recovery group was significantly better than the conservative rehabilitation group, with statistical significance(P<0.01).At 12 weeks follow-up,there was no significant difference in ROM between the two groups. There was no significant difference between the two groups within the first 2 weeks after surgery. The Lysholm scores of the fast track group at the 4th,8th,and 12 th week after surgery were respectively 7.42,8.19,and 9.15 higher than those of the traditional rehabilitation group.<0.01).The postoperative and preoperative comparisons between the two groups showed that the Lysholm score was decreased in the first 2 weeks after surgery, and the Lysholm score was improved at the 4th,8th,and 12 th weeks after surgery.IKDC score: There was no significant difference between the two groups within the first 2 weeks after surgery. The IKDC scores of the fast track group at the 4th,8th,and 12 th weeks postoperatively were 9.05,10.80,and 11.49 higher than those in the traditional rehabilitation group. The difference was statistically significant(P<0.01).Comparison of preoperative and postoperative conditions between the two groups,in which the IKDC score was significantly lower in the fastrecovery group than in the preoperative observation at the 2nd and 2nd week postoperative follow-up.At the 4th week,it was basically the same as before the operation. The postoperative period was 8-12 weeks.Compared with before surgery. The traditional rehabilitation group scored before the 8th week after surgery, and it increased after the 12 th week after surgery.Comparison between two groups in the assessment of VAS score 4 weeks before surgery, fast track group was significantly better than the traditional rehabilitation group, the difference was statistically significant.Follow-up after 8 weeks showed no significant difference between the two groups. Conclusion(s): The Fast track surgery in the treatment of patients undergoing anterior cruciate ligament reconstruction can reduce the pain, early activities, and accelerate the recovery process, and return to social life as soon as possible.
