Clinical Effect Observation Of Conservative Management For Dens Invaginatus

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of conservative treatment for dens invaginatus and provide medical records.Methods Clinical data about dens invaginatus conservatively treated in Anhui province stomatological hospital during 2015 to 2018 were collected and the follow-up period was not shorter than 3 months.The following information including the type of dens invaginatus,root development,the condition of pulp,the condition of periodontal,treatment delay,the treatment options and the prognosis of dens invaginatus.Results 10 teeth with dens invaginatus were enrolled in the present study with the follow-up period being 3 to 12 months.The 3-month success rate was 100%,6-month success rate was 100%,one-year success rate was 87.5% of conservative treatment.Conclusion The prognosis of conservative treatment of dens invaginatus is good.Conservative treatment is the preferred way to treat dens invaginatus in clinical...
