Objective: Early nutrition and growth in life are closely related to the health of adulthood,and the strengthening of early health interventions is essential for preventing chronic disease and even life time of health.The coverage of maternal and infant health care in China is not high [1],and two child policy with full open,maternal and newborn number multiplication,make original maternal and child health human resource shortage problem is particularly prominent.Under this background,the understanding of the maternal KAP early health management present situation and the existing problems,and explore the effective path life early health management,to improve the quality and efficiency of maternal health services,To reduce the incidence of adverse pregnancy outcomes and neonatal adverse outcomes,It is of great significance to promote the development of children and prevent adult diseases.And with the popularity of the Internet and mobile phones widely application of micro letter,try to through the We Chat platform on maternal health intervention of pilot study and to evaluate its effect,to explore suitable local life early health management way,improve the working efficiency of maternal and infant health care and life early health management level to provide the reference.Methods: Randomized controlled trial design according to the clinical time rand om inputting the first hospital affiliated to the same period in USTC maternity clinic visits of 300 pregnant women who mobile phone has We Chat app,rando mly assigned to intervention group and control group,the intervention group 1 50 and the control group 150.Follow-up intervention,the intervention methods adopted by the control group and the intervention group were different.The c ontrol group only accept from hospital routine prenatal care,intervention groupin addition to accept regular prenatal care from the hospital,when entering t he queue by the researchers into We Chat group,After joining We Chat group,h ealth knowledge will be received regularly.Pregnant women can raise questions in We Chat group,and be answered by We Chat group staff or other pregnant women.Follow-up time: follow-up intervention from the enrolled group until de livery.Performance evaluation,the self-made KAP early health management quest ionnaire reliability test(0.796),In two groups,pregnant women before and afte r the intervention respectively,the questionnaire survey to pre-intervention ques tionnaire survey in pregnant women entering the queue when completed,after the intervention questionnaire completed within ten days after delivery.Data w ere recorded with Epi Data 3.1 and SPSS17.0 was used for statistical analysis.Results:(1)A total of 300 questionnaires were distributed,and the response ra te was 100.0%,and 300 questionnaires were conducted after the intervention,and the response rate was 87.7%.The control group was 125 with a response rate of 83.3%.The intervention group was 138 and the response rate was 92.0%.There was no statistically significant difference between the two groups in terms of age,fertility,pre-pregnancy weight,BMI,household registration,educat ion level and family monthly income.(P>0.05).(2)Baseline survey results: The i ntervention group had higher knowledge of dietary requirements and damage o f diabetes during pregnancy compared with control group(P<0.05),There was n o statistically significant difference between other maternal and infant nutrition supplements,growth and development,disease prevention,and mastery of polic y knowledge.The two groups have a high degree of matching in the way of kn owledge acquisition.(3)Intervention group and control group in the newborn s ex,body length,APGAR(neonatal score),there was no statistically significant di fference whether born full-term newborn,neonatal weight and pregnant women in pregnancy weight gain difference was statistically significant.The incidence oflarge children in the control group was higher than that in the intervention gr oup.In the intervention group,the number of patients increased in the approp riate range was greater than that in the control group;In the survey of pregna ncy and infantile information,the increase in knowledge and behavior of the in tervention group was higher than that of the control group and the level of th e baseline survey(P<0.05).The yield and breast-feeding rate were significantly higher in the intervention group than in the control group.Conclusion: The study found that pregnant women had poor awareness of mat ernal health and early-life health management knowledge at the 12 th week of pregnancy,and had a good attitude towards health management during pregna ncyIt is believed that the pregnancy should maintain the nutrition balance,re gular acceptance of product inspection service,smoking cessation,moderate exe rcise,adequate sleep,etc.The knowledge of early health management knowled ge of pregnant women increases with the change of gestational week,but lacks systematic,complete and subjective bias.Use We Chat platform to conduct earl y life health intervention can get pregnant women early life health managemen t knowledge,attitude and behavior change,make its have a more complete sys tem of early life health management knowledge and can reasonable collocation diet during pregnancy,moderate weight,for your own and fetal weight control,reduce the cesarean section rate and the incidence of macrosomia,increase th e rate of postpartum breast feeding,effectively promoted the maternal and infa nt health.Using We Chat for early life health intervention is highly feasible.Gov ernment,medical institutions should actively seek effective network health inter vention paths,with efficient,fast,convenient way to raise awareness and early life health management in our country at present stage the utilization level of maternal and infant health care services.
