Objective:to investigate the effect of neuron specific enolase(NSE)?serum cytokeratin 19 fragment(CYFRA21-1)?carcinoembryonic antigen(CEA)?carbohydrate antigen 125(CA125)and evaluate the value of combined detection in lung cancer.Methods:We collected 130 cases of lung cancer diagnosed and treated in our hospital from October 2016 to January 2018,all of than were confirmed by pathology or cytology,including 51 cases of adenocarcinoma,41 cases of squamous cell carcinoma,38 cases of small cell carcinoma,52patients with normal physical examination and 97patients with benign pulmonary diseasewere selected as control group.we analyzed the clinical value of tumor markers in the early diagnosis of lung cancer.Results:This study concludes as follows:the expression ofNSE.CYFRA21-1?CEA?CA125in lung cancer group was significantly higher than that in benign lung disease group and healthy control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),healthy control group and benign lung disease group had no significant difference in the level of tumor markers(P>0.05);4 kinds of tumor markers were significantly different in different pathological,the level of CYFRA21-1 in squamous cell carcinoma group was significantly higher than adenocarcinoma and small cell carcinoma group(P<0.05),the level of NSE in small cell carcinoma groiu)was significantly higher than adenocarcinoma and squamous cell carcinoma group(P<0.05),the level of CEA(P<0.05)and CA125(P<0.05)in adenocarcinoma group were significantly higher than squamous cell carcinoma and small cell carcinoma group;The expression levels of CYFRA21-1 and CEA in III-IV stage NSCLC group were higher than those in ?-? stage non-small cell lung cancer group(P<0.05)in different TNM stages;In Small cell carcinoma group,The expression level of NSE in the extensive stage was significantly higher than that in the limited stage(P<0.05),and there was no significant difference in the other 3 tumor markers(P>0.05);The largest area unde:the ROC curve among single tumor marker was 0.81 in NSE,the sensitivity was 83.85%,and the specificity was 61.86%,The best two combined tests were NSE+CEA,sensitivity was 80%and specificity was 81.44%,the best three combined detection was CYFRA21-1+NSE+CEA,the sensitivity was 78.46%,the specificity was 90.72%,four joint sensitivity was 80%,and the specificity was 90.72%.Concdusions:CYFRA21-1?NSE?CEA and CA125 have certain clinical value for diagnosis of lung cancer.4 tumor markers have auxiliary value in pathological classification of lung cancer.Combined detection of tumor markers can improve diagnostic accuracy and sensitivity.
