Objective: To explore the correlation between TCM Syndrome Types and pathological types,TNM stages, tumor markers of NSCLC,so as to provide reference for TCM Syndrome Standardization Research of NSCLC,and provide guidance for TCM treatment of NSCLC patients. Methods: According to the inclusion and exclusion criteria of the study,we observed and selected the patients who were hospitalized in the central theater General Hospital of the Chinese people's Liberation Army from May 1,2018 to September 30,2019 and diagnosed as non-small cell lung cancer by pathology or cytology, and recorded the clinical data in the clinical observation table in detail, then made clinical data statistics, summarized and entered into excel table, and established Database. Finally,SPSS 21.0 software was used to analyze the relationship between different TCM syndromes and pathological types, international TNM stages, tumor markers. Results: A total of 132 cases were collected. There was no significant difference in gender, age and other data among the TCM syndrome groups(P > 0.05).There was no correlation between different TCM syndromes and pathological types(P > 0.05).In adenocarcinoma, deficiency of both qi and Yin is the most common type, followed by deficiency of Yin,toxin and heat.In the patients with squamous cell carcinoma, phlegm dampness accumulation in the lung is the most, followed by Yin deficiency, toxin and heat.In the study of the correlation between different TCM syndromes and international TNM staging, there was a significant correlation(P < 0.01),and a positive correlation(r = 0.262).In phase I,the most common type was stasis of lung collaterals, followed by phlegm dampness of lung collaterals;in phase II,the most common type was phlegm dampness of lung collaterals, followed by stasis of lung collaterals, yin deficiency, toxin and heat;in phase III,the most common type was Yin deficiency, toxin and heat, followed by phlegm dampness of lung;in phase IV,the most common type was Qi Yin deficiency, toxin and heat.In the study of correlation between different TCM syndromes and tumor markers,CEA,CYFRA and different TCM syndromes showed positive correlation(CEA: r = 0.241;CYFRA: r = 0.215),while NSE,CA125 and different TCM syndromes did not show correlation Sex(P > 0.05).The positive expression of CEA was mainly in the syndrome of stagnation of lung collaterals, followed by the syndrome of phlegm and dampness accumulation of lung;the positive expression of CYFRA was mainly in the syndrome of stagnation of lung collaterals, followed by the syndrome of yin deficiency, toxin and heat. Conclusion: there is a correlation between different TCM syndrome differentiation types of NSCLC and TNM stage,CEA,CYFRA,which can be used as the basis of objective syndrome differentiation types of NSCLC.At the same time, appropriate Chinese(adult)drugs such as removing blood stasis, removing dampness, transporting spleen, invigorating qi and nourishing Yin can be used according to different stages.
