Clinical Observation Of Abnormality Of Liver Function In Children With Measles

Purpose This thesis aims to discuss the clinical features of children measles combined with liver function abnormality cases during January,2015 and December,2016 in Anhui children's hospital.Approach Make a retrospective analysis of the 96 cases of children measles combined with liver function abnormality in our hospital during January,2015 and December,2016.Clinical symptoms,signs and epidemiological data of 96 children were consistent with the clinical diagnostic criteria of measles,and the antibody detection of measles was positive.96 cases of children with people can be divided into two subgroups: 1,the natural infection not vaccinal measles vaccine group 83 cases;2,vaccinated group of 13 cases of infection: 13 cases of measles infection occurred in 2 weeks after vaccination.The degree of liver function damage and the change of lymphocyte subgroup were compared.Result In this study,the incidence of liver damage caused by measles in children is about 21.57%.Among the 96 cases,Laboratory analysis revealed that ALT increased in 40 cases(41.67%),AST increased in 93 cases(96.88%),GGT increased in 16 cases(16.67%)and TBIL increased in 6 cases(6.25%).79 cases of liver function damage patients recover in one week,9 in two weeks and 8 in four weeks.The difference between the children infected with measles(ALT 44.30[30.60,76.00] ? AST 75.00[65.00,91.00]?GGT 19.00[13.00,33.90]?TBIL 5.30[4.20,7.30])naturally and the infected children(ALT 1036.40 [206.85,2508.75]?AST 879.00[193.00,1952.00]?GGT 123.00[33.85,221.15]?TBIL 10.30[5.00,40.30])after vaccination has statistical significance([ALT(Z=-5.231,P<0.001),AST(Z=-4.146,P<0.001),GGT(Z=-3.398,P<0.001),TBIL(Z=-2.763,P=0.006)].However,there don ' t exist statistical significance in making the comparison of lymphocyte sub-population between them as there is no obvious change in their lymphocyte sub-population.Conclusion The liver function damage caused by children measles is not rare,the liver function damage degree is not obvious,but the fluctuation range is bigger.It was mainly transaminase,less jaundice.With the improvement of measles disease,the recovery is quick,without the liver of chronic diseases.The liver function injury of children infected with measles after vaccination is often serious.
