Observation On The Safety And Immunological Effects Of Measles - Rubella Combined Vaccine, Measles - Mumps - Rubella Combined Vaccine

BackgroundThe vaccines,including Measles-rubella Combined Vaccine(MR), Measles, Mumps and Rubella Combined Vaccine (MMR), Japanese Encephalitis Vaccine-Live (JBV-1), Hepatites A vaccine, have been added to prevent the infectious diseases in China since 2007.8 monthes children are injected MR and 18-24 monthes children are injected MMR. We need to observe the immunogenicity and safety of MR and MMR vaccinated the children who have never been injected the vaccines including measles before.ObjectiveTo evaluate the immunogenicity and safety of MR or MMR which is injected to combine JEV-1 at same time for children of 8-18 monthes who is injectd measles vaccine and japanese encephalitis vaccine first time.MethodsMR or MMR are injected for the children of 8-18 monthes who have never been injected with measles vaccine,rubella vaccine and mumpe vaccines.Their Venous blood will be cllected before injecting vaccines. To observe the safety of each child after finishing the vaccines, and collect their venous blood again for one month later. The IgG antibody in the venous blood collected will be detected with reagent and to know the immunization effect of injecting the two types of vaccines.ResultsMR group:The positive rate of measles antibody in 140 children before injecting vaccines is 1.43% and the rate of rubella antibody is17.14%.The positive rate of measles antibody in 118 children after injecting vaccines for one month later is 94.92% and the rate of rubella antibody is 72.03%.The seroconversion rate of measles antibody after injecting vaccines is 94.83% and the rate of rubella antibody is 73.47%. The advers reaction rate of this group is 7.14%.MMR group:The positive rate of measles antibody in 143 children before injecting vaccines is 13.29%, the rate of rubella antibody is 14.68% and mumpe antibody is 17.48%.The positive rate of measles antibody in 139 children after injecting vaccines for one month later is 99.28%,the rate of rubella antibody is 84.99% and the mumpe antibody is 67.62%.The seroconversion rate of measles antibody after injecting vaccines is 99.18%, the rate of rubella antibody is 84.03% and the mumpe is 68.96%. The advers reaction rate of this group is 6.63%.Conclusions There is the good immunogenicity of measles after MR and JEV-1 or MMR and JEV-1 vaccination, but seroconersion rate of rubella and mumpe antibody are low relatively and need to research further.It is safety after MR and JEV-1 or MMR and JEV-1 vaccination.
